【摘要】：目的　了解廣東省學生常見病綜合防治情況。方法　按照《全國學生常見病綜合防治方案》 ,對廣東省 1 992～ 2 0 0 0年 1 0個市、1 0個縣 1 2 0所學校共 1 1 956 2 0名學生健康監(jiān)測資料進行分析。結果　學生視力低下率呈上升趨勢 ;齲齒 (恒牙 )患病率居高不下 ,為30 .56 %～ 31 .94 % ;蛔蟲、貧血、沙眼、營養(yǎng)不良檢出率有不同程度下降 ;肥胖率城市學生呈上升趨勢 ,農村學生控制在 5%以下。視力低下、肥胖檢出率城市學生高于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學生 ,沙眼、齲齒、蛔蟲感染、貧血、營養(yǎng)不良檢出率鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學生均高于城市學生。視力低下中學生明顯高于小學 ;肥胖小學生明顯高于中學生。齲齒 (恒牙 )除 1 999年外小學生均比中學生高 ;蛔蟲感染 1 996年后中學生均比小學生高。結論　廣東省學生常見病防治工作仍不容樂觀 ,防治工作重點小學生應在肥胖、齲齒 (恒牙 ) ,中學生應在視力低下等方面
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the comprehensive prevention and treatment of common diseases among students in Guangdong province. Methods according to the Comprehensive Prevention and Control Program for Common Diseases of students in China, the health monitoring data of 1 1956 20 students in 120 schools in 10 cities and 10 counties of Guangdong Province from 1992 to 2000 were analyzed. Results the prevalence of dental caries (permanent teeth) was high (30. 56 ~ 31. 94%), the detection rate of ascarid, anemia, trachoma and malnutrition decreased in varying degrees. The obesity rate of urban students is on the rise, and the rural students are under 5%. The prevalence of obesity was higher in urban students than in town students, trachoma, dental caries, ascariasis infection, anemia and malnutrition. The visual acuity of middle school students was obviously higher than that of primary school students; Caries (permanent teeth) were higher in primary school students than in middle school students except in 1999, and were higher in middle school students than in pupils after ascariasis infection in 1996. Conclusion the prevention and treatment of common diseases among students in Guangdong Province is still not optimistic. The key prevention and treatment work for primary school students should be obesity, dental caries (permanent teeth), low vision of middle school students, etc.
