【摘要】：本文介紹了若干發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家教育財(cái)政撥款的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源和各級(jí)教育行政承擔(dān)的份額，研究了管理職權(quán)與財(cái)政責(zé)任的相關(guān)性，，分析了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家教育撥款的特點(diǎn)和改革趨勢(shì)：撥款模式的多樣化、責(zé)任的分散化、克服地區(qū)和地方教育投入的不平衡、提高教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的使用效率等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the sources of funds and the share of educational administration at all levels in some developed countries, and studies the correlation between management authority and financial responsibility. This paper analyzes the characteristics and reform trend of educational allocation in developed countries, such as the diversification of allocation mode, the decentralization of responsibility, overcoming the imbalance between regional and local educational investment, and improving the efficiency of educational expenditure.
