【摘要】：目的了解廣東省農(nóng)村學(xué)校廁所衛(wèi)生與垃圾污水處理狀況,為推進(jìn)農(nóng)村學(xué)�；A(chǔ)衛(wèi)生設(shè)施的改善工作提供依據(jù)。方法抽取廣東省富�？h、相對寬�？h和貧困縣各2個(gè),每縣抽取10所農(nóng)村中小學(xué)校,共抽取60所農(nóng)村學(xué)校,對廁所及衛(wèi)生設(shè)施進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,并抽取1 845名在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行腸道寄生蟲感染情況檢測。結(jié)果 72.4%的學(xué)校使用衛(wèi)生廁所;男生廁所蹲位合格率為30.5%,女生廁所蹲位合格率為10.2%;69.5%的學(xué)校廁所沒有專人管理;28.1%的廁所糞便未經(jīng)任何處理隨意排放。45.0%的學(xué)校污水直接排入河道溝渠或隨意排放;6.7%的學(xué)校垃圾隨意堆放或焚燒。74.2%的學(xué)生反映廁所清潔狀況差;81.4%的學(xué)生反映廁所有蒼蠅;49.1%的女生反映上廁所要排隊(duì)。13.5%的學(xué)生感染腸道寄生蟲,在富裕地區(qū)有3.7%學(xué)生感染肝吸蟲。結(jié)論廣東省部分農(nóng)村學(xué)校廁所管理與垃圾污水的處理均存在衛(wèi)生安全隱患。亟待完善農(nóng)村學(xué)�；A(chǔ)衛(wèi)生設(shè)施的配置,加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督和管理工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of toilet sanitation and waste water treatment in rural schools in Guangdong Province, and to provide the basis for promoting the improvement of basic sanitation facilities in rural schools. Methods a total of 10 rural primary and secondary schools were extracted from 10 rural schools in each county, and 60 rural schools were extracted from each County, and the toilets and sanitary facilities were carried out in Guangdong province. A field survey was conducted and 1845 students were tested for intestinal parasitic infection. Results 72.4% of the schools used sanitary toilets; the rate of qualified squatting in boys' toilets was 30.5%, the rate of qualified squatting for women's toilets was 10.2%; 69.5% of school toilets were not managed by special persons; 28.1% of toilet manure did not discharge.45.0% at random by any treatment. Sewage was discharged directly into channel ditches or discharged at random; 6.7% of school garbage randomly stacked or incineration of.74.2% students reflected the poor sanitation of the toilets; 81.4% of the students reflected the flies in the toilet; 49.1% of the girls reflected that the students in the toilet to queue up to.13.5% were infected with intestinal parasites, and 3.7% of the students were infected with the liver flukes in the rich area. Conclusion Guangdong Province Some rural school toilets management and waste water treatment are all hidden dangers of health and safety. It is urgent to improve the allocation of basic sanitation facilities in rural schools and strengthen health supervision and management.
