【摘要】：正義務(wù)教育已經(jīng)走過了百余年的歷程,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,全球192個國家及地區(qū)中已有170個宣布實(shí)施義務(wù)教育。各國在普及義務(wù)教育過程中,曾遇到過種種困難與挑戰(zhàn),其中最棘手的問題就是義務(wù)教育投入保障問題。發(fā)展中國家義務(wù)教育的普及情況直接影響到世界義務(wù)教育普及的總體水平。了解發(fā)展中國家義務(wù)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn),以及這些國家已經(jīng)或正在采取的對策,有助于開闊視野,為我國義務(wù)教育的改革與發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Compulsory education has gone through more than 100 years. After entering the 21st century, 170 countries and regions in the world have declared compulsory education. In the process of popularizing compulsory education, countries have encountered various difficulties and challenges, among which the most difficult problem is the guarantee of compulsory education investment. The popularization of compulsory education in developing countries directly affects the overall level of universal compulsory education in the world. Understanding the current situation, problems and challenges of compulsory education in developing countries, as well as the countermeasures that these countries have taken or are taking, is helpful to broaden our vision and provide a reference for the reform and development of compulsory education in China.
