【摘要】：目的：探討在青少年中開(kāi)展預(yù)防艾滋病教育的方法和教育內(nèi)容。方法：于1998年9月～12月對(duì)上海市兩所高校414名一年級(jí)新生進(jìn)行艾滋�。圆。踩孕袨榈耐榻逃Ｔ诮逃^(guò)程中和全部教育內(nèi)容結(jié)束后，進(jìn)行了即時(shí)評(píng)估和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果：即時(shí)評(píng)估調(diào)查410名大學(xué)生（其中醫(yī)科大學(xué)210名，師范大學(xué)200名），實(shí)際參與醫(yī)科大學(xué)為99．8％，師大為96．7％；對(duì)同伴教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)分采用五分制，模式1～5的評(píng)分分別為4．26、4．27、4．21、4．08、4．12。對(duì)同伴教育者態(tài)度的親切程度評(píng)分在4．34～4．44之間；對(duì)教學(xué)方法生動(dòng)性的評(píng)分，模式1～5分分別為4．23、4．31、4．25、4．11、4．26。結(jié)論：大學(xué)生對(duì)同伴教育的教育質(zhì)量，特別是教學(xué)態(tài)度親切性、生動(dòng)性給予了較高的評(píng)價(jià)。對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的易理解程度的評(píng)分在3．81～3．99之間，，問(wèn)卷調(diào)查顯示，在調(diào)查的8項(xiàng)生殖生理知識(shí)方面，教育前、后都有不同程度的提高，差異均有高度顯著性（P＜0．001）。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the methods and contents of AIDS prevention education among adolescents.Methods: from September to December 1998 414 freshmen from two universities in Shanghai received peer education on HIV / STD / safe sex.In the course of education and after the end of all the education content, an immediate evaluation and questionnaire survey.Results: 410 college students (210 in medical university, 200 in normal university, 99.8and 96.7in actual medical university) were investigated, and the score of teaching quality of peer education was five points system, the score of mode 1Q5 was 4.264.27 / 4.21/ 4.04.12 respectively.The degree of kindness to peer educators was between 4.34 and 4.44, and the scores of mode 1 to 5 were 4.234.31 / 4.25 and 4.114.26 respectively.Conclusion: college students have a high evaluation on the quality of peer education, especially the friendliness and vividness of teaching attitude.The scores of comprehensibility of teaching contents were between 3.81 and 3.99. The questionnaire survey showed that the 8 items of reproductive physiological knowledge were improved in different degrees before and after education, and the differences were highly significant (P < 0.001).
