【摘要】：在信息化背景下的大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,學(xué)校檔案管理創(chuàng)新面臨新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。以辦公自動(dòng)化為基礎(chǔ)有效進(jìn)行電子檔案的管理和利用,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)量龐大的實(shí)物檔案的數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,推動(dòng)實(shí)物檔案與電子檔案的有效整合利用,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)校檔案的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值,借此帶動(dòng)學(xué)校檔案管理的現(xiàn)代化。要解決當(dāng)前學(xué)校檔案管理存在的核心問題,信息化是最主要的突破口。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data under the background of information technology, the innovation of school archives management faces new opportunities and challenges.On the basis of office automation, we can effectively manage and utilize electronic archives, realize the digitization and networking of a large number of physical archives, and promote the effective integration and utilization of physical archives and electronic archives.Give full play to the academic and social value of school archives, and thus promote the modernization of school archives management.In order to solve the core problems existing in the management of school archives, informatization is the most important breakthrough.
