【摘要】：在知識共享視閾下分析傳統(tǒng)教研組的現(xiàn)狀和弊端,并針對目前教研組普遍存在的教研功能異化、教研活動單一、教研能力不強(qiáng)等弊端采取相應(yīng)措施,以重組、整合資源,創(chuàng)新知識管理模式和教育教學(xué)思維,建立知識共享型教研組。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation and malpractice of the traditional teaching and research group from the perspective of knowledge sharing, and takes corresponding measures to reorganize and integrate resources in view of the shortcomings of the existing teaching and research group, such as alienation of teaching and research function, single teaching and research activities, weak teaching and research ability, etc. Innovating knowledge management mode and teaching thinking, establishing knowledge sharing teaching and research group.
