【摘要】：所謂人本原理,其實(shí)指的就是以人為本的理念。因此,人本原理的實(shí)質(zhì)與學(xué)校管理的要求、原則是一致的,這一點(diǎn)也是人本原理能夠被運(yùn)用于學(xué)校管理的前提。在人本原理的具體運(yùn)用中,應(yīng)充分重視人的地位,尊重、關(guān)懷管理對(duì)象。結(jié)合學(xué)校管理的內(nèi)容來(lái)講,就是指管理中要立足職工真實(shí)需求,最大限度的滿足其正當(dāng)要求,以保證職工能夠積極投入工作。本文對(duì)新時(shí)期學(xué)校管理中人本原理的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了分析,探討了運(yùn)用的意義、原則及對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The so-called people-oriented principle, in fact, refers to the people-oriented concept. Therefore, the essence of the human-oriented principle and the requirements of school management, the principle is consistent. This is also the premise that humanism can be applied to school management. In the concrete application of humanism, we should pay full attention to the status of people, respect and care for the management object, combined with the content of school management. Refers to the management should be based on the real needs of the staff and workers to meet their legitimate requirements to ensure that the staff and workers can actively put into work. This paper analyzes the application of the people-oriented principle in the new period of school management. The significance, principles and countermeasures of application are discussed.
