【摘要】：近年來,校車的投入運行為解決孩子們上下學(xué)交通難的問題發(fā)揮了較大作用。然而,由于受多種因素的影響,它們的安全狀況令人擔(dān)憂。大力度推進(jìn)我國"校車安全工程",應(yīng)借鑒國外經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建校車管理法律體系,落實校車相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完善與校車安全有關(guān)的法律法規(guī);明晰政府部門的校車運輸安全管理職責(zé),加強校車運輸安全管理;根據(jù)地區(qū)差別,因地制宜、合理配置校車資源;充分發(fā)揮政府、市場和社會三種機制的作用,探索多元化的經(jīng)營模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the school bus is put into operation in order to solve the traffic influence the difficult problem of children. However, due to many factors, the security situation is worrying. Great efforts to promote China's "school bus safety engineering", should learn from foreign experience, constructing the legal system of school management, the implementation of bus standard, perfect the relevant laws and regulations and the safety of school bus; bus transportation safety management clear responsibilities of government departments, strengthen school bus transportation safety management; according to the regional differences, and the rational allocation of school resources; give full play to the government, market and society three mechanisms, explore diversified business model.
