【摘要】：清產(chǎn)核資對于學(xué)校的資產(chǎn)管理有著十分重要的意義,有利于學(xué)校清查固定資產(chǎn)賬目、提高資產(chǎn)的利用率。但是由于學(xué)校內(nèi)部控制的缺失,學(xué)校的固定資產(chǎn)管理不到位等情況,清產(chǎn)核資中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)盤虧、歷史壞賬、資產(chǎn)產(chǎn)權(quán)不清晰等情況,給學(xué)校的財務(wù)工作帶來了很大的困難,也使得學(xué)校固定資產(chǎn)不能得到良好的利用,學(xué)校經(jīng)費(fèi)大量浪費(fèi)。因此采取相應(yīng)的措施加強(qiáng)學(xué)校的固定資產(chǎn)的管理,防止學(xué)校清產(chǎn)核資中出現(xiàn)問題,對學(xué)校的財務(wù)管理意義重大。本文分析了學(xué)校清產(chǎn)核資的必要性以及清產(chǎn)核資中存在的問題,并針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for the asset management of the school to check the fixed assets accounts and improve the utilization ratio of the assets. However, due to the lack of internal control in the school. The school's fixed assets management is not in place and so on. The financial work of the school has brought great difficulties to the financial work of the school, such as loss of assets, historical bad debts, unclear property rights and so on. Also make the school fixed assets can not be used well, school funds waste a lot. Therefore, take appropriate measures to strengthen the management of school fixed assets, to prevent problems in the school capital. This paper analyzes the necessity and the problems existing in the financial management of the school, and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve these problems.
