【摘要】：正蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō):"學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)首先是教育思想的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),其次才是行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"。校長(zhǎng)的教育觀、質(zhì)量觀、人才觀都通過(guò)其人格魅力影響著全校師生,決定著學(xué)校發(fā)展,所以校長(zhǎng)要做航行的舵手,心中有大海,手中有方向,腳下有航船。隨著做校長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的增加,我深刻地意識(shí)到要做一名有思想的校長(zhǎng),任重而道遠(yuǎn)。一、率先垂范:為學(xué)校和諧發(fā)展引路俗話說(shuō):其身正,不令則行;其身不正,雖令不從。校長(zhǎng)是學(xué)校之魂,是全體教師的領(lǐng)路人,其自身素質(zhì)是承擔(dān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)
