【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》指出,樹立以提高質(zhì)量為核心的教育發(fā)展觀,就要注重內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)校辦出特色、辦出水平。 一所學(xué)校要發(fā)展,必然要有一種獨(dú)特的學(xué)校文化定位做支撐。這是一種超越于傳授知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)能力與滲透方法的更高層次的自覺(jué)精神追求的文化,它是一種健康、和諧、人文、積極向上和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的學(xué)校氛圍,這種文化具有高尚的價(jià)值取向,是全體師生和員工共同價(jià)值觀的體現(xiàn)。 在全面總結(jié)學(xué)校歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)工作,繼承學(xué)校優(yōu)秀文化傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化辦學(xué)理念,形成系統(tǒng)、獨(dú)特、能為全體師生廣泛認(rèn)同的、符合學(xué)校發(fā)展方向的精神文化體系,讓學(xué)校深厚的精神文化積淀成為辦特色學(xué)校的沃土,讓學(xué)校精神文化賦有時(shí)代特色。形成相應(yīng)的建設(shè)策略,發(fā)揮黨支部作用,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好思想環(huán)境。注重思想引領(lǐng),增強(qiáng)責(zé)任意識(shí),倡導(dǎo)真誠(chéng)理念,樹立核心價(jià)值觀。實(shí)施人文管理,強(qiáng)化激勵(lì)機(jī)制,做到修煉心智,提升精神境界;獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制,滿足不同需求;正面引導(dǎo),學(xué)會(huì)自我調(diào)控。與此同時(shí),完善評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)員工共同價(jià)值觀形成。制定“以師為本”的治校方略,樹立員工“自主管理”的工作意識(shí),開展豐富活動(dòng),提升師生精神文化素養(yǎng)。學(xué)校精神文化建設(shè)富有特色將更好的打造這支團(tuán)隊(duì),積極推進(jìn)學(xué)校、教師和學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)制度改革,逐步建立起以校為本,目標(biāo)多元、方式多樣、注重過(guò)程的發(fā)展性“長(zhǎng)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制”。對(duì)深層的辦學(xué)內(nèi)涵加以關(guān)注,對(duì)學(xué)校文化的歷史積淀合理?yè)P(yáng)棄的理性分析,著眼于改善學(xué)校內(nèi)部的文化環(huán)境和心理氛圍,緩解教師職業(yè)倦怠,學(xué)校精神文化建設(shè)意義重大且助推學(xué)校不斷向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 points out that in order to establish the concept of educational development with the core of improving quality, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of connotation and encourage schools to set up their own characteristics. If a school wants to develop, it must be supported by a unique school cultural orientation, which is a higher level of conscious spiritual pursuit that transcends the teaching of knowledge, the cultivation of ability and the infiltration of methods. It is a healthy, harmonious, humanistic, positive and sustainable development of the school atmosphere, this culture has a noble value orientation, is the expression of the common values of all teachers and students and employees. On the basis of summing up the school's historical experience and practical work and inheriting the excellent cultural tradition of the school, the author further optimizes the idea of running a school, forms a system, and is unique, which can be widely recognized by all teachers and students. The spiritual and cultural system in line with the direction of the development of the school, let the deep spiritual and cultural accumulation of the school become the fertile soil for running the characteristic school, let the spiritual culture of the school have the characteristics of the times and form the corresponding construction strategy. Give full play to the role of the Party branch, create a good ideological environment, pay attention to ideological guidance, enhance the sense of responsibility, advocate the concept of sincerity, set up core values, carry out humanistic management, strengthen the incentive mechanism, and achieve mental training. Enhance the spiritual realm; Incentive mechanism to meet different needs; At the same time, improve the evaluation mechanism, promote the formation of common values of employees, formulate the "teacher-oriented" strategy of school management, and establish the employees' work consciousness of "independent management". Carry out rich activities to enhance the spiritual and cultural literacy of teachers and students. The spirit and culture construction of the school will better build this team, actively promote the reform of the evaluation system of schools, teachers and students, and gradually establish school-based. The goal is diverse, the way is diverse, pays attention to the process development "the long-term effect appraisal mechanism", to the deep school connotation carries on the concern, to the school culture historical accumulation reasonable sublation rational analysis. In order to improve the cultural environment and psychological atmosphere of the school, to alleviate the teachers' job burnout, the spiritual and cultural construction of the school is of great significance and promotes the development of the school.
