【摘要】：正我國學(xué)校食堂在學(xué)校實行后勤后的經(jīng)營主要依靠社會餐飲企業(yè)來進行,模式有效為學(xué)校的后勤部門減輕了負(fù)擔(dān)帶來了一定的經(jīng)濟效益。但是在學(xué)校餐飲中還存在一定的衛(wèi)生問題。因此我們需要正視當(dāng)前學(xué)校餐飲管理中存在的問題,加強學(xué)校餐飲的衛(wèi)生管理保證中學(xué)師生的身體健康。食堂是勞動密集型服務(wù),它為廣大師生提供飲食,該種經(jīng)營的模式以及經(jīng)營對象的性質(zhì)使得社會餐飲經(jīng)營模式中風(fēng)險性的存在。學(xué)校餐廳的安全是餐飲服務(wù)單位
[Abstract]:The school canteens are mainly relying on the social catering enterprises to carry out the post - logistics operation in the school , and the mode effectively reduces the burden on the logistics department of the school and brings certain economic benefits . Therefore , we need to face the problems existing in the school catering management , strengthen the health management of the school meals and guarantee the physical health of the middle school teachers and students . The canteen is labor intensive service , which provides the food for the general teachers and students , the mode of the operation and the nature of the business objects so that the risk exists in the social catering operation mode . The safety of the school restaurant is the catering service unit .
