【摘要】:"教師發(fā)展自覺"源于"生命自覺"和現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。引導(dǎo)教師實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展自覺的兩個(gè)主要策略是:激發(fā)每位教師實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值的"內(nèi)在原動(dòng)力",關(guān)注每位教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的"內(nèi)在導(dǎo)向力"。
[Abstract]:Teachers'consciousness of development originates from the consciousness of life and the demand of reality. The two main strategies to guide teachers to realize their development consciousness are: to inspire each teacher to realize his own value "internal motive force" and to pay attention to the "inner guiding force" of each teacher's professional development.
