青春期學(xué)生心理安全教育研究

【摘要】:學(xué)生的心理安全是各國教育研究的重要課題之一,是構(gòu)建和諧社會、安全校園、幸福家庭和健康自我的必然要求。青春期是人生的重要轉(zhuǎn)折時期,這一時期的困惑與煩惱相對集中,如果這些問題解決不當(dāng),將影響著學(xué)生當(dāng)下乃至今后的心理安全和發(fā)展,所以筆者從家庭、學(xué)校、社會以及學(xué)生自身四個方面分析了青春期學(xué)生的心理安全與這四個方面的各自關(guān)系;在關(guān)注和研究了青春期學(xué)生的心理安全現(xiàn)狀及其呈現(xiàn)特點的基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者分別從家庭的視域、學(xué)校的視域、社會的視域以及自我視域中分析了影響青春期學(xué)生心理安全的因素并構(gòu)建了青春期學(xué)生的心理安全教育,包括教育的目標(biāo)、教育的特點以及教育的策略。 研究綜合運用了文獻分析法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、觀察法和個案分析法,以部分老師、學(xué)生和家長作為訪談對象,初步了解和分析了家庭、學(xué)校、社會以及青春期學(xué)生的自身因素與心理安全的關(guān)系并根據(jù)訪談結(jié)果選擇和設(shè)計問卷;再以江蘇省鹽城市3所學(xué)校,共2544名青春期的(年齡均處于14-17周歲之間)學(xué)生,作為問卷調(diào)查的研究對象。問卷統(tǒng)計采用spss16.0數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理及相關(guān)的分析,初步了解青春期學(xué)生的心理安全的現(xiàn)狀及呈現(xiàn)特點。根據(jù)以上調(diào)查和部分訪談結(jié)果,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論筆者分別對青春期學(xué)生的家庭、學(xué)校、社會以及學(xué)生自身的心理安全教育做了進一步有針對性、探索性、充分發(fā)揮各部分特點的論述和構(gòu)想:在教育的過程中,要將家庭的親情優(yōu)勢、學(xué)校的教育優(yōu)勢、社會的監(jiān)督優(yōu)勢與自我的內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢融為一體,形成堅實的教育與監(jiān)督合力,維護好青春期學(xué)生的心理安全。 文章的具體結(jié)構(gòu):第一章引言部分,主要介紹了本課題提出的研究背景(包括理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實要求)、研究綜述以及課題的研究設(shè)計(包括研究對象、工具與研究方法和程序);后面四章分別從家庭、學(xué)校、自身以及社會的視域分析和探討了青春期學(xué)生的心理安全與它們(家庭、學(xué)校、自我、社會)之間的關(guān)系以及現(xiàn)階段學(xué)生的心理安全在各部分中的呈現(xiàn)狀況;再結(jié)合理論,分析各部分對青春期學(xué)生心理安全的影響因素;在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出了針對青春期學(xué)生的心理安全教育的四個視域中的構(gòu)想。第六章是小結(jié)部分,主要是對青春期學(xué)生的心理安全教育現(xiàn)狀的反思與展望以及與本課題相關(guān)的研究的發(fā)展空間等,希望能為后繼研究提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The psychological safety of students is one of the most important subjects in the educational research of various countries. It is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society, a safe campus, a happy family and a healthy self. Adolescence is an important turning point in life. The confusion and annoyance of this period are relatively concentrated. If these problems are not solved properly, they will affect the psychological safety and development of students at present and even in the future. Four aspects of society and students themselves have analyzed the psychological safety of adolescent students and their respective relations, on the basis of paying attention to and studying the present situation of psychological security of adolescent students and their present characteristics, From the perspective of family, school, society and self, the author analyzes the factors that affect the psychological safety of adolescent students, and constructs the psychological safety education of adolescent students, including the goal of education. The characteristics and strategies of education. In this study, literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey, observation and case analysis were comprehensively used. Some teachers, students and parents were taken as the interview subjects to understand and analyze the family and school. The relationship between social and adolescent students' own factors and psychological safety, and the questionnaire was selected and designed according to the results of interviews. Then, 2544 adolescent students (aged 14-17 years) were enrolled in 3 schools in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. As the research object of the questionnaire. According to the above investigation and some interview results, combined with the relevant theories, the author makes further targeted and exploratory psychological safety education for adolescent students' families, schools, society and students themselves. Give full play to the characteristics of each part of the discussion and ideas: in the process of education, we should combine the family's parental advantage, the school's educational advantage, the social supervision advantage and the self-inherent advantage, and form a solid education and supervision force. To maintain the psychological safety of adolescent students. The specific structure of the article: the first chapter of the introduction, mainly introduces the research background (including the theoretical basis and practical requirements), research review and research design (including research objects), The following four chapters analyze and explore the psychological safety of adolescent students from the perspectives of family, school, self and society (family, school, self, etc.) The relationship between society and the present situation of students' psychological safety in each part; then, combining with the theory, analyzing the influence factors of each part on the psychological safety of adolescent students; on the basis of this, The author puts forward four viewpoints of psychological safety education for adolescent students.
