【摘要】：理想的現(xiàn)代學(xué)校管理不僅要適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)和現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展的需要,更為重要的是要體現(xiàn)人文精神的意蘊(yùn)和學(xué)校組織的特性,為育人功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)。理想的現(xiàn)代學(xué)校管理之目的觀是"使人成為人",將促進(jìn)學(xué)生的發(fā)展作為最終目標(biāo);人性觀是"將人當(dāng)作人",尊重人的特性,遵循人的發(fā)展規(guī)律,滿足人的發(fā)展需要;價(jià)值觀是"公正",保障受教育者平等的受教育權(quán);"品格"是"包容",表現(xiàn)為參與性、開放性和吸收性;"個(gè)性"是"自主",擁有充分的自主權(quán),實(shí)現(xiàn)管理與決策的獨(dú)立性和專業(yè)性;"氣質(zhì)"是"柔性",實(shí)施柔性的管理,以組織文化的構(gòu)建等柔性策略引領(lǐng)學(xué)校的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The ideal modern school management should not only adapt to the needs of modern society and modern education, but also to reflect the connotation of the humanistic spirit and the characteristics of the school organization to serve the function of education. "Temperament" is "flexible", flexible management is implemented, and the flexible strategy of organizational culture is used to guide the development of schools.
