【摘要】:德育資源論試圖對(duì)客觀存在的德育資源現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行理論思考,以期對(duì)德育行為實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中的諸種德育資源及其如何開發(fā)和利用等問題提供一種現(xiàn)實(shí)觀照。其研究的旨趣在于認(rèn)識(shí)、開發(fā)和利用德育資源,以為教育對(duì)象的德性成長(zhǎng)服務(wù),為社會(huì)的精神文明建設(shè)服務(wù)。因此,德育資源問題研究無(wú)疑將對(duì)新時(shí)期的德育理論建設(shè)和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新具有重要作用。正是基于這種理論訴求和現(xiàn)實(shí)期待,德育資源論的視域?qū)⒅饕刑接懸韵滤牟糠謨?nèi)容: 第一章,德育資源的內(nèi)涵、特征與價(jià)值。這是德育資源的基礎(chǔ)性研究部分。德育資源是構(gòu)成德育活動(dòng)和滿足這一活動(dòng)所需要的各種有效性因素。德育資源異于資源、教育資源。德育資源是資源的一種特殊表現(xiàn)形式。德育資源更側(cè)重于精神層面的資源價(jià)值。德育資源也不等于教育資源。教育資源只有助益于教育對(duì)象德性養(yǎng)成時(shí)才是德育資源。德育資則是教育資源的重要組成部分。德育資源的基本特征是選擇性、生成性、多樣性、多用性。德育資源是整合性價(jià)值和基礎(chǔ)性價(jià)值的統(tǒng)一。德育資源是德育建設(shè)本身賦予其整合性價(jià)值。德育資源的基礎(chǔ)性價(jià)值是德育資源價(jià)值的重要方面。因?yàn)榈掠Y源既是德育活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)和源泉,也是影響德育實(shí)效的重要因素。 第二章,德育資源的構(gòu)成。這是德育資源研究的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。德育資源構(gòu)成分析需要采取多維度、多視角、立體式的思路。按照空間分布,有校內(nèi)德育資源、校外德育資源、信息化德育資源。按照功能特點(diǎn),有素材性和條件性德育資源。按照資源屬性,有人力、財(cái)力、物力等德育資源。按照構(gòu)成要素的存在形態(tài),有軟資源與硬資源。按照歷史的維度看,有傳統(tǒng)德育資源和現(xiàn)實(shí)德育資源。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)德育資源是德育資源構(gòu)成分析的重要方面。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)德育的內(nèi)容資源包括價(jià)值觀教育資源、道德規(guī)范教育資源、信仰教育資源、君子人格教育資源。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)德育資源的一大特色是德育途徑和方法資源豐富,F(xiàn)實(shí)德育資源是德育資源構(gòu)成分析的主要方面,它包括德育人力資源、德育物力資源、德育財(cái)力資源、德育文化資源、德育課程資源、德育信息資源。解讀德育資源的構(gòu)成是對(duì)其進(jìn)行開發(fā)利用的重要前提。 第三章,德育資源的開發(fā)與利用。潛在德育資源轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)實(shí)為德育資源的動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)踐過(guò)程就是德育資源的開發(fā)與利用。德育資源利用與利用的指向是使現(xiàn)實(shí)形態(tài)的德育資源進(jìn)入德育實(shí)踐,以使其發(fā)揮功效的過(guò)程。德育資源開發(fā)與利用關(guān)涉的幾個(gè)重要問題是德育資源開發(fā)與利用的主體,德育資源開發(fā)與利用的對(duì)象,德育資源開發(fā)與利用的原則,德育資源開發(fā)與利用的方式。德育資源開發(fā)與利用具有重要意義。它決定著校本德育課程開發(fā)的力度與實(shí)效;它有利于充分發(fā)揮教師的能動(dòng)作用;它可以充分調(diào)動(dòng)社區(qū)的教育積極性;它也為我國(guó)的社區(qū)教育奠定一定基礎(chǔ)。在德育資源的開發(fā)與利用中,物質(zhì)條件的優(yōu)劣、財(cái)力的保障是否到位、學(xué)校的重視程度是重要影響因素。開發(fā)者自身的素質(zhì)是德育資源開發(fā)與利用的關(guān)鍵因素。教師是德育資源開發(fā)利用的主導(dǎo)和保障。反之,德育資源的開發(fā)與利用也能促進(jìn)德育教師教育理念的更新、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)更新與優(yōu)化、專業(yè)能力提升。教師德育資源開發(fā)與利用中存在的一些問題不容忽視,因而要增強(qiáng)教師的德育資源開發(fā)和利用的能力。德育資源開發(fā)與利用關(guān)涉的策略舉隅包括校內(nèi)資源、歷史資源、社會(huì)資源、傳媒與網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源。 第四章,德育資源配置。德育資源配置是指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi),德育主體通過(guò)一定方式將德育資源配置到德育中以實(shí)現(xiàn)德育目標(biāo)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)過(guò)程。它關(guān)涉到德育資源配置的主體、視域、原則和方式。德育資源配置與德育資源開發(fā)利用關(guān)系密切。德育資源配置的追求是公平、效率、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。德育資源配置的影響因素是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的沖擊、社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的影響、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響、教育改革影響、德育地位的應(yīng)然狀態(tài)。德育資源配置的主導(dǎo)是政府。政府配置德育資源的方式是財(cái)政保障、法律保障、計(jì)劃保障、行政保障。政府在德育資源配置中也可能存在錯(cuò)位、越位、缺位等問題。政府要明晰資源配置角色;確保教育財(cái)政投入的充足與公平;構(gòu)建德育資源配置的法律體系;完善德育資源配置的計(jì)劃體系;提高政府行政安排的質(zhì)量。德育資源配置也需要政府與市場(chǎng)有效的結(jié)合。政府需要引入市場(chǎng)機(jī)制配置德育資源。政府要和私人部門合作供給,公共選擇機(jī)制和市場(chǎng)機(jī)制共同發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:On the moral education resources theory to thinking of moral education resources phenomenon, in order to provide a realistic reflection of the moral education resources of moral behavior in practice and how to develop and use of such problems. The research purpose lies in understanding the development and utilization of moral education thought, the education object of morality growth for service the social spirit civilization construction. Therefore, the resources of moral education will undoubtedly in the new period of the construction of moral theory and practice innovation plays an important role. It is this kind of theory and realistic expectations based on the perspective of the moral education resources will be focused on the following four parts:
The first chapter, the connotation of moral education resources, characteristics and value. This is part of the basic resources of moral education. Moral education resources is composed of moral education activities and various effective factors needed to meet this activity.
