【摘要】:江蘇人民教育家培養(yǎng)工程啟動(dòng)一年多來,健全了組織機(jī)構(gòu),開展了研修活動(dòng),促進(jìn)了培養(yǎng)對(duì)象的自主發(fā)展。對(duì)"誰能成為教育家"和"教育家從哪里來"等問題進(jìn)行反思,認(rèn)為培養(yǎng)對(duì)象的選拔條件還需要進(jìn)一步完善,人們對(duì)培養(yǎng)工程實(shí)施意義的理解還需要進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu people's educationist training project has been started for more than a year, has improved the organization and carried out research activities. It has promoted the independent development of the training object. It reflects on the questions of "who can be an educator" and "where the educator comes from", and thinks that the selection conditions of the training object need to be further improved. People's understanding of the significance of training project implementation needs to be adjusted appropriately.
