【摘要】：目的:研究焦點(diǎn)解決團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)高職新生抑郁情緒的干預(yù)效果。方法:隨機(jī)抽取10名存在抑郁情緒的高職新生作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,進(jìn)行為期7周的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),將10名存在抑郁情緒的高職新生作為對(duì)照組,不接受任何系統(tǒng)的心理干預(yù),實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組進(jìn)行抑郁測(cè)試。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組抑郁下降程度(平均數(shù)差值)大于對(duì)照組,在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上有顯著性差異(t=3.80,p=0.01)。結(jié)論:焦點(diǎn)解決團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)能有效緩解高職新生抑郁情緒,有效治療因素包括:重新建構(gòu)和一般化,提升自我支持;明確目標(biāo),激發(fā)動(dòng)力;發(fā)掘資源,提升信心;一小步改變,學(xué)會(huì)問(wèn)題解決之道。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the intervention effect of group counseling on depression of freshmen in higher vocational education. Methods: ten higher vocational freshmen with depression were randomly selected as the experimental group for 7 weeks of group counseling, and 10 higher vocational freshmen with depression were used as the control group without any systematic psychological intervention.
