文章摘要:小學(xué)教育專業(yè)不是一個(gè)學(xué)科教育專業(yè),而是一個(gè)職業(yè)教育專業(yè),是適應(yīng)三級(jí)師范向二級(jí)師范過渡而設(shè)置的專業(yè)。目前的學(xué)制模式有六年制?颇J、五年制?颇J、三年制?颇J、四年制本科模式、二年制研究生教育模式;培養(yǎng)模式有全科模式和分科模式。新世紀(jì)以來,各級(jí)各類小學(xué)教育專業(yè)都在積極探索最優(yōu)化的人才培養(yǎng)方案。有的傾向于全科模式,有的傾向于分科模式。原中等師范學(xué)校升格的師范?茖W(xué)校強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)規(guī)格一專多能,原師范專科學(xué)校升格的本科院校強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)規(guī)格學(xué)科專業(yè)化?h鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)校長強(qiáng)調(diào)多能化,城市小學(xué)校長強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)化。高等學(xué)校內(nèi)部,學(xué)科專業(yè)教師認(rèn)為專業(yè)化就是學(xué)科知識(shí)與技能專業(yè)化,教育專業(yè)教師認(rèn)為專業(yè)化就是教育理論與技能專業(yè)化。因此,必須以《小學(xué)教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》和《教師教育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(小學(xué))》為指導(dǎo),保持多元化、特色化的同時(shí),堅(jiān)持分科培養(yǎng)原則,逐步走向教師教育學(xué)科專業(yè)化,適應(yīng)我國未來城市化小班教學(xué)和提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的需要。
Abstr:Primary school education major is not a major of subject education but a major vocational education , which is set up for adapting to the transition of grade three normal school to grade two . At present , primary school education major includes six-year system academy pattern , five-year system academy pattern , three-year system academy pattern , four-year system university pattern and two-year system postgraduate pattern . And the training pattern includes general pattern and division pattern . As we enter the new century , the elementary education major at all levels and of all classifications is exploring optimum training pattern trending towards general pattern or division pattern . The normal academy upgraded from middle level normal schools emphasize the standard of training talent w ho w hile specializing in one , w hile the normal universities upgraded from normal academy emphasize the training pattern of specialization . Schoolmasters of elementary schools in tow n and county are required mastering many skills , w hile schoolmasters of elementary schools in city are required specialization . In colleges and universities , subject major teachers believe that specialization means specialized knowledge and skill , while education major teachers believe that specialization means specialized education theories and skill . Consequently , elementary education major must trend to specialization of teacher education subject to adjust to small class size in urbanization and improve the teaching quality . In this procedure , we must take the elementary teachers special standard and the courses of elementary teachers'education as direction , and stick to division training pattern w hile keeping diversifi
