建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論下的Wonders教材分析

教材是承載文化知識(shí)與人類經(jīng)驗(yàn)的載體,它連接著教與學(xué)兩個(gè)方面,是實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目標(biāo)的重要基礎(chǔ)之一。教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)幾乎都是借助教材而進(jìn)行的。近年來(lái),隨著教育改革的不斷推進(jìn),教材作為整體改革方案的重要組成部分受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。因此,對(duì)教材的研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐意義。本文以美國(guó)加州小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材Wonders作為研究對(duì)象,這套教材由兩大教育巨頭Macmillan和McGraw-Hill聯(lián)合出版。它是加州教育系統(tǒng)用于課堂教學(xué)的主要課本,同時(shí)也是全球第一套根據(jù)最新共同核心州立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(CCSS)編寫(xiě)的核心教材。本文通過(guò)建構(gòu)主義的角度對(duì)這套教材進(jìn)行分析,不僅希望給有關(guān)教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的教育工作者提供參考和借鑒,也期望為我國(guó)英語(yǔ)教材建設(shè)帶來(lái)一些啟示。在這篇論文中,兩個(gè)研究問(wèn)題期以解決:(1)這套教材有什么特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)?(2)這套教材能給國(guó)內(nèi)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材編寫(xiě)帶來(lái)哪些啟示?本文以教材相關(guān)研究為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論對(duì)教材的結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容兩方面進(jìn)行了分析,并總結(jié)出Wonders的三個(gè)特點(diǎn):新穎性,立體性,以及綜合性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,Wonders不僅注重情境的建設(shè)以及學(xué)生之間的合作與對(duì)話,而且對(duì)學(xué)生的意義建構(gòu)過(guò)程給予很大...
