基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的小學(xué)家校合作研究

【摘要】:教育需要各方面的配合和支持,教育的效果直接受到學(xué)校教育和家庭教育這兩方面的影響,因而家校合作在整個教育系統(tǒng)中有著舉足輕重的作用。家庭教育的誤區(qū)促使學(xué)校開展各種方式的家校合作以提高家庭教育的素養(yǎng),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)我國的教育目的——促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具也為學(xué)校開展家校合作提供了新的契機(jī)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具以其便捷性、超時(shí)空性、平等性、多樣性的特質(zhì),被廣泛運(yùn)用于學(xué)校與家長或者教師與家長的聯(lián)系中。那么基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的家校合作開展現(xiàn)狀如何,網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具給家校合作帶來哪些顯著效果,即基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的家校合作有哪些優(yōu)勢,以及在實(shí)踐中存在著什么問題是需要我們進(jìn)行反思的,并根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具在家校合作中的應(yīng)用不足展開深入研究分析,以期提出切實(shí)有效的完善策略,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具能在家校合作中發(fā)揮更大的作用。筆者首先通過調(diào)查問卷了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具在家校合作中的應(yīng)用情況,QQ已經(jīng)在家校合作中普遍使用,并受到教師和家長們的喜愛。微信號由于QQ的存在和其他的一些原因沒有受到推崇,但微信公眾號成為了各所學(xué)校宣傳自己的重要工具,也成為了家長了解學(xué)校情況的一座重要橋梁。鑒于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具——QQ和微信公眾號在學(xué)校家校合作中的廣泛應(yīng)用,筆者通過對6個班級QQ群和32所學(xué)校的微信公號的關(guān)注,及對學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師和家長的訪談,并結(jié)合自己在學(xué)校使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具與家長進(jìn)行溝通聯(lián)系的實(shí)際狀況,歸納分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具在家校合作中的使用所帶來的顯著效果:網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具減少了教師與家長溝通的誤會;提升了教師工作的高效性和便捷性;提供了家長對孩子課業(yè)輔導(dǎo)的幫助;提高了家長家庭教育的素養(yǎng);提高了家長的學(xué)校教育參與性。筆者根據(jù)家校合作的三個內(nèi)容即教師與家長的交流、家長出參與和支持、學(xué)校對家庭教育的指導(dǎo),分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具在家校合作中應(yīng)用的不足。即基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的家校合作內(nèi)容簡單,缺乏廣度;時(shí)斷時(shí)續(xù),缺乏系統(tǒng);氛圍嚴(yán)肅,缺乏積極互動;雙方地位不平等,缺乏有效合作。針對上述問題,筆者探尋基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的家校合作出現(xiàn)問題的影響因素,學(xué)校、教師和家長是家校合作的主體,也是制約其開展的主要因素。于是從學(xué)校、教師和家長三個方面提出了完善基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具的家校合作的改進(jìn)策略,主要包括:學(xué)校有效利用資源支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具在家校合作中的應(yīng)用;教師要采取恰當(dāng)方式自我改進(jìn)和提高;家長要改正思想并積極參與學(xué)校教育。
[Abstract]:Education needs the cooperation and support of all aspects, and the effect of education is directly affected by school education and family education, so home-school cooperation plays an important role in the whole education system. The misunderstanding of family education urges schools to carry out various ways of home-school cooperation to improve the literacy of family education, and then to achieve the educational purpose of our country-to promote the all-round development of students. With the development of network information technology, network social tools also provide a new opportunity for schools to carry out home-school cooperation. Because of its convenience, overtime, equality and diversity, online social tools are widely used in the relationship between schools and parents or teachers and parents. So what is the present situation of home-school cooperation based on online social tools, and what remarkable effects online social tools bring to home-school cooperation, that is, what are the advantages of home-school cooperation based on online social tools, and what problems need to be reflected in practice, and carry out in-depth research and analysis according to the lack of application of online social tools in home-school cooperation, in order to put forward practical and effective improvement strategies. So that online social tools can play a greater role in home-school cooperation. The author first of all through the questionnaire to understand the application of online social tools in home-school cooperation, QQ has been widely used in home-school cooperation, and is loved by teachers and parents. WeChat account has not been respected because of the existence of QQ and other reasons, but WeChat official account has become an important tool for schools to promote themselves, and has also become an important bridge for parents to understand the school situation. In view of the wide application of online social tools QQ and WeChat official accounts in school home-school cooperation, the author pays attention to six class QQ groups and 32 schools' WeChat official accounts, as well as interviews with school leaders, teachers and parents, and combines the actual situation of using online social tools to communicate with parents in schools. This paper summarizes and analyzes the remarkable effect of the use of online social tools in home-school cooperation: online social tools reduce the misunderstanding of communication between teachers and parents; It improves the efficiency and convenience of teachers' work, provides the help of parents to their children's homework guidance, improves the literacy of parents' family education, and improves the participation of parents in school education. According to the three contents of home-school cooperation, that is, the communication between teachers and parents, the participation and support of parents, the guidance of school to family education, the author analyzes the shortcomings of the application of network social tools in home-school cooperation. That is, the content of home-school cooperation based on online social tools is simple, lack of breadth; intermittent, lack of system; serious atmosphere, lack of positive interaction; unequal status between the two sides, lack of effective cooperation. In view of the above problems, the author explores the influencing factors of home-school cooperation based on network social tools. Schools, teachers and parents are the main body of home-school cooperation, but also the main factors restricting their development. Therefore, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of improving home-school cooperation based on network social tools from three aspects: schools, teachers and parents, including: schools effectively use resources to support the application of network social tools in home-school cooperation; teachers should take appropriate ways to improve and improve themselves; parents should correct their ideas and actively participate in school education.
