上海徐匯區(qū)部分無泳池學(xué)校開展游泳教學(xué)的影響因素及對策分析
[Abstract]:For schools without swimming pools, it is a very urgent problem to explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of swimming teaching, but it is also a very valuable and meaningful research. Taking 15 primary schools without swimming pools in Xuhui District of Shanghai as an example, this paper understands the influencing factors of swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools, and probes into the countermeasures to solve the problems from the point of view of solving practical problems. In order to promote the development of swimming teaching in swimming schools without swimming pools. Through the research, this paper obtains the following research conclusions: 1. Swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools is restricted and influenced by many factors. Through combing the previous literature, 17 factors that may have an impact on swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools are classified as school factors. There are three levels of social factors and family factors. In order to clarify the influence degree of different influencing factors on swimming teaching in non-swimming pool schools, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was introduced to evaluate the importance of influencing factors, and nine key influencing factors were obtained. The ranking is as follows: swimming teaching safety degree (0.2000), social forces cooperation (0.1867) stadiums and gymnasiums (0.1861) entry resources (0.1773) administrative management (0.1745) curriculum design, Planning (0.1718) Policy support (0.1694) Teaching funds (0.1690) importance of School leaders (0.1579). 2. From the point of view of the specific factors that affect the development of swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools: at the level of school factors, the lack of swimming teachers and swimming lifeguards is common; In terms of administration, nearly half of the schools do not include swimming as a school-based curriculum. In the aspect of curriculum design and planning, the main problems are unclear curriculum content and low scientific teaching. In the aspect of teaching funds, most schools have the problem of insufficient funds, and most of the leaders attach little importance to swimming teaching. At the level of social factors, in the aspect of social force cooperation, we have established a perfect cooperation system and strict contract management, and implemented strict qualification examination and access system in the aspect of stadiums and gymnasiums, and the conditions of swimming stadiums and gymnasiums of swimming training units are better. In the aspect of policy support, concrete implementation measures have been put forward to promote the smooth development of swimming teaching from three aspects: strengthening organizational leadership, establishing service platform and strengthening supervision and evaluation. At the level of family factors, many parents have doubts about whether it is safe for their children to take part in swimming studies. Combined with the investigation of swimming teaching in Xuhui District, the author believes that there are six countermeasures that can be taken to promote swimming teaching in swimming schools without swimming pools: first, to improve the management system and strengthen policy guidance; Second, strict access management, strengthen safety supervision; third, improve the level of understanding and improve administrative management; fourth, optimize the curriculum, implement hierarchical teaching; fifth, expand the source of funds and expand the investment of funds; Sixth, strengthen teacher training and improve teaching ability.
