【摘要】：對于無泳池學(xué)校而言,探討開展游泳教學(xué)的影響因素及對策,是一項(xiàng)非常緊迫的問題,但也是一項(xiàng)非常有價(jià)值和有意義的研究。本文以上海徐匯區(qū)15所沒有泳池但已經(jīng)開展游泳教學(xué)的小學(xué)為例,了解無泳池學(xué)校開展游泳教學(xué)的影響因素,基于解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的角度出發(fā)探討解決問題的對策,以促進(jìn)無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)的開展。通過研究,本文得到如下幾項(xiàng)研究結(jié)論：1.無泳池學(xué)校開展游泳教學(xué)受諸多因素的共同制約與影響,通過對以往文獻(xiàn)的梳理整理出17個(gè)可能對無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)產(chǎn)生影響的因素,歸類為學(xué)校因素、社會(huì)因素及家庭因素三個(gè)層面。為了厘清不同影響因素對無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)開展的影響程度,引入層次分析法對影響因素的重要性進(jìn)行評價(jià),得到了9個(gè)關(guān)鍵影響因素。其排序情況為：游泳教學(xué)安全程度(0.2000)社會(huì)力量的合作情況(0.1867)場館情況(0.1861)入力資源情況(0.1773)行政管理情況(0.1745)課程設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃情況(0.1718)政策扶持情況(0.1694)教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)情況(0.1690)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度(0.1579)。2.從影響無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)開展的具體因素看：在學(xué)校因素層面,游泳專業(yè)教師缺乏、游泳救生員缺乏的現(xiàn)象普遍存在；在行政管理方面,接近一半的學(xué)校未將游泳列為校本課程；在課程設(shè)計(jì)與規(guī)劃方面,存在的問題主要是課程內(nèi)容不明確及教學(xué)的科學(xué)化程度不高；在教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面,大多數(shù)學(xué)校都存在經(jīng)費(fèi)不足的問題；在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度方面,大部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對游泳教學(xué)的重視程度不高。在社會(huì)因素層面,在社會(huì)力量合作方面,建立了完善的合作體系,嚴(yán)格合同管理；在場館方面實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的資格審查和準(zhǔn)入制度,游泳承訓(xùn)單位的游泳場館條件都比較好；在政策扶持方面,出臺了具體的實(shí)施辦法,從加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、建立服務(wù)平臺、加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管評估三方面推動(dòng)游泳教學(xué)的順利開展。在家庭因素層面,很多家長對孩子參加游泳學(xué)習(xí)是否安全存在疑慮。3.結(jié)合對徐匯區(qū)無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)開展的調(diào)查,筆者認(rèn)為推動(dòng)無泳池學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)開展可采取的對策有如下六個(gè)方面,即：一是健全管理體制,加強(qiáng)政策引導(dǎo)；二是嚴(yán)格準(zhǔn)入管理,加強(qiáng)安全監(jiān)管；三是提高認(rèn)識水平,完善行政管理了；四是優(yōu)化課程設(shè)置,實(shí)施分層教學(xué)；五是拓展經(jīng)費(fèi)來源,擴(kuò)大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入；六是加強(qiáng)師資培訓(xùn),提高教學(xué)能力。
[Abstract]:For schools without swimming pools, it is a very urgent problem to explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of swimming teaching, but it is also a very valuable and meaningful research. Taking 15 primary schools without swimming pools in Xuhui District of Shanghai as an example, this paper understands the influencing factors of swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools, and probes into the countermeasures to solve the problems from the point of view of solving practical problems. In order to promote the development of swimming teaching in swimming schools without swimming pools. Through the research, this paper obtains the following research conclusions: 1. Swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools is restricted and influenced by many factors. Through combing the previous literature, 17 factors that may have an impact on swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools are classified as school factors. There are three levels of social factors and family factors. In order to clarify the influence degree of different influencing factors on swimming teaching in non-swimming pool schools, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was introduced to evaluate the importance of influencing factors, and nine key influencing factors were obtained. The ranking is as follows: swimming teaching safety degree (0.2000), social forces cooperation (0.1867) stadiums and gymnasiums (0.1861) entry resources (0.1773) administrative management (0.1745) curriculum design, Planning (0.1718) Policy support (0.1694) Teaching funds (0.1690) importance of School leaders (0.1579). 2. From the point of view of the specific factors that affect the development of swimming teaching in schools without swimming pools: at the level of school factors, the lack of swimming teachers and swimming lifeguards is common; In terms of administration, nearly half of the schools do not include swimming as a school-based curriculum. In the aspect of curriculum design and planning, the main problems are unclear curriculum content and low scientific teaching. In the aspect of teaching funds, most schools have the problem of insufficient funds, and most of the leaders attach little importance to swimming teaching. At the level of social factors, in the aspect of social force cooperation, we have established a perfect cooperation system and strict contract management, and implemented strict qualification examination and access system in the aspect of stadiums and gymnasiums, and the conditions of swimming stadiums and gymnasiums of swimming training units are better. In the aspect of policy support, concrete implementation measures have been put forward to promote the smooth development of swimming teaching from three aspects: strengthening organizational leadership, establishing service platform and strengthening supervision and evaluation. At the level of family factors, many parents have doubts about whether it is safe for their children to take part in swimming studies. Combined with the investigation of swimming teaching in Xuhui District, the author believes that there are six countermeasures that can be taken to promote swimming teaching in swimming schools without swimming pools: first, to improve the management system and strengthen policy guidance; Second, strict access management, strengthen safety supervision; third, improve the level of understanding and improve administrative management; fourth, optimize the curriculum, implement hierarchical teaching; fifth, expand the source of funds and expand the investment of funds; Sixth, strengthen teacher training and improve teaching ability.
