北京市海淀區(qū)部分農(nóng)村小學(xué)大課間推行古詩(shī)韻律操的可行性研究

【摘要】:黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以來(lái),學(xué)校體育工作得到了快速發(fā)展,取得了可喜的成績(jī)。1978年教育部和國(guó)家體委聯(lián)合頒發(fā)了《中、小學(xué)體育工作暫行規(guī)定》和《高等學(xué)校體育工作暫行規(guī)定》,有力地推動(dòng)了各級(jí)學(xué)校體育工作的開(kāi)展。自八十年代起,國(guó)家頒布了一系列關(guān)于著重發(fā)展農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教育的條文后,全國(guó)絕大部分地區(qū)的農(nóng)村小學(xué)逐漸重視起來(lái)。然而,在對(duì)農(nóng)村學(xué)校體育工作的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,如何真正落實(shí)體育新課標(biāo),還有待作具體分析。對(duì)于近年來(lái)提出的大課間改革,各地學(xué)校都在如火如荼的展開(kāi)著,自編操作為基本體操的一種表現(xiàn)形式,有著極為豐富的內(nèi)容和形式,存在著較大的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用潛力。而在自編操的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用了古詩(shī)元素,也使得自編操更好的推廣發(fā)展。古詩(shī)韻律操這種新興的課間操形式,,已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)村小學(xué)的大課間改革內(nèi)容中,并逐步開(kāi)展起來(lái)。本文以北京市海淀區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)的大課間操為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)于古詩(shī)韻律操在農(nóng)村小學(xué)的開(kāi)展實(shí)施展開(kāi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究與分析,并發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題,從而提升大課間體育活動(dòng)的鍛煉價(jià)值,并為農(nóng)村小學(xué)古詩(shī)韻律操的開(kāi)展提供發(fā)展方向,對(duì)進(jìn)行改革后的大課間活動(dòng)有效開(kāi)展提供借鑒。 在本文中,采用文獻(xiàn)資料,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、邏輯分析等研究方法,分析北京市海淀區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)的體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,以及大課間改革中古詩(shī)韻律操的創(chuàng)編與開(kāi)展實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀分析。結(jié)果顯示: 1由于農(nóng)村小學(xué)對(duì)體育教學(xué)沒(méi)有多加重視,使體育教師師資匱乏,雖然是學(xué)歷達(dá)到了要求,但是教學(xué)能力有待提高,師資配備應(yīng)達(dá)到更合理、優(yōu)化的水平。 2農(nóng)村小學(xué)學(xué)生有充足的場(chǎng)地資源,但是室外活動(dòng)時(shí)間較少,學(xué)校安排的體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間不能滿足學(xué)生所期許的體育鍛煉活動(dòng)時(shí)間。 3學(xué)生們得不到充足的時(shí)間鍛煉身體,會(huì)產(chǎn)生一系列的惡性循環(huán)。大課間的改革是近幾年來(lái)為學(xué)生在校期間加強(qiáng)體育鍛煉而提出的方案,但在各農(nóng)村小學(xué)的實(shí)行上不容樂(lè)觀。 4古詩(shī)韻律操作為大課間改革的自編操形式,是一種新興的活動(dòng)形式,部分學(xué)校有引進(jìn)的想法,但對(duì)于進(jìn)一步的普及與開(kāi)展實(shí)施還未能提出一套較為全面的實(shí)施方案,因而實(shí)際開(kāi)展效果不佳。 5在古詩(shī)韻律自編操的編排上,音樂(lè)韻律與節(jié)奏的創(chuàng)作、古詩(shī)詞的摘取與選用、體操動(dòng)作的合理編排。都需要相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)師資給予指導(dǎo)與教授。 6農(nóng)村小學(xué)古詩(shī)韻律自編操的開(kāi)展實(shí)施,還有待進(jìn)一步研究與提高。教授自編操的師資配備、自編操組織實(shí)施與比賽、學(xué)校對(duì)自編操的重視程度,都是在古詩(shī)韻律自編操實(shí)施開(kāi)展中需要解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, school physical education has developed rapidly and made gratifying achievements. In 1978, the Ministry of Education and the State Sports Commission jointly issued < China]. The interim regulations on physical Education in Primary Schools and the interim provisions on physical Education in Colleges and Universities have effectively promoted the development of physical education at all levels. Since the 1980s, after a series of provisions on the development of physical education in rural primary schools have been promulgated, rural primary schools in most areas of the country have paid more and more attention. However, in the process of the development of physical education in rural schools, how to really implement the new curriculum standard of physical education needs to be analyzed concretely. For the reform of large-scale recess put forward in recent years, schools all over the world are in full swing. The self-edited operation is a kind of expression form of basic gymnastics, has very rich content and form, and has great potential of exploitation and utilization. On the basis of self-made exercises, the elements of ancient poetry are used, which also makes the self-compiling exercises better popularized and developed. Ancient poetry rhythmic exercise, a new form of recess exercise, has appeared in more and more rural primary schools in the content of inter-class reform, and gradually developed. This paper takes the large-class exercises of rural primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object, and makes further research and analysis on the implementation of ancient poetry rhythmic exercises in rural primary schools, and finds out the problems and solves the problems. So as to improve the exercise value of large-scale recess sports activities, and to provide the direction of development for the development of ancient poetry rhythmic exercises in rural primary schools, and to provide a reference for the effective development of large-scale recess activities after the reform. In this paper, by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the present situation of physical education in rural primary schools in Haidian District, Beijing, and the present situation of the creation and implementation of rhythmic exercises of ancient poetry in the reform of large-scale recess. The results show that: 1 because rural primary schools do not pay more attention to physical education teaching, physical education teachers lack of teachers, although the academic background has reached the requirements, but the teaching ability needs to be improved, teachers should be equipped to a more reasonable and optimized level. (2) the rural primary school students have sufficient space resources, but the outdoor activity time is less, and the physical activity time arranged by the school can not meet the students' expected physical exercise time. If students don't get enough time to exercise, there will be a series of vicious circles. The reform of large recess is a scheme for students to strengthen physical exercise while they are in school in recent years, but the implementation of primary schools in rural areas is not optimistic. (4) the prosodic operation of ancient poetry is a new form of activity, which is a self-compiled form of reform between classes. Some schools have introduced ideas, but they have failed to put forward a set of more comprehensive implementation plans for further popularization and implementation. Therefore, the actual development effect is not good. (5) on the arrangement of the rhyme self-editing of ancient poetry, the creation of rhythm and rhythm of music, the extraction and selection of ancient poetry and the reasonable arrangement of gymnastics movement. All of them need guidance and professor from the relevant professional teachers. The implementation of prosodic self-compilation of ancient poetry in rural primary schools still needs to be further studied and improved. The teaching staff of teaching self-editing, the implementation and competition of self-editing organization, and the attention of the school to self-editing are all problems that need to be solved in the implementation of the rhythmic self-editing of ancient poetry.
