【摘要】：入職教育雖然是教師職前教育和在職培訓(xùn)之間起橋梁作用的重要環(huán)節(jié),但在很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi)未受到國內(nèi)教育界的重視,直到上世紀(jì)九十年代我國才引入教師入職教育的理念,由于起步較晚,在教師教育中屬于薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。并且在當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外教師入職教育蓬勃發(fā)展的宏大背景下,相對于其他國家層面或國際比較層面的研究,省域范圍內(nèi)的小學(xué)教師入職教育研究非常有限,故本文首先對貴州小學(xué)新教師入職教育實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與研究。本文分為五個(gè)部分來論述貴州小學(xué)新教師入職教育的現(xiàn)狀與不足之處,再根據(jù)新教師常遇問題及專業(yè)需求的調(diào)查,分析與總結(jié)其存在問題的原因,通過對英、美、法三個(gè)國家入職教育的分析,根據(jù)本省實(shí)際情況,借鑒適用于我省的實(shí)施方式,為貴州省小學(xué)新教師入職教育的有效實(shí)施提出幾點(diǎn)建議。主要內(nèi)容:第一部分:導(dǎo)論。介紹新教師入職教育的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述和研究方法,并對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定。第二部分:對貴州省小學(xué)教師入職教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研與分析。第三部分:根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,對貴州省小學(xué)入職教育現(xiàn)存問題進(jìn)行分析。第四部分:對英國、美國、法國三個(gè)國家入職教育的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行分析。第五部分:針對貴州省小學(xué)教師入職教育存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:Although entry education is an important link between teachers' pre-service education and on-the-job training, it has not been paid much attention by domestic education circles for a long time. It was not until the 1990s that China introduced the concept of teacher entry education. Because of the late start, it is a weak link in teacher education. And under the grand background of the vigorous development of teacher entry education at home and abroad, compared with other countries or international comparative level of research, the provincial scope of primary school teacher entry education research is very limited. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes and studies the present situation of the implementation of new teachers' entry education in Guizhou primary school. This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the current situation and shortcomings of the entry education of the new teachers in primary school in Guizhou. Then, according to the investigation of the common problems and professional needs of the new teachers, this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the existing problems, and through the analysis of the United Kingdom and the United States, Based on the analysis of entry education in three countries, according to the actual situation of our province, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the effective implementation of the entry education of new teachers in primary schools in Guizhou province by drawing lessons from the implementation methods applicable to our province. Main contents: part one: introduction. This paper introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research summary and research methods of new teachers' entry into vocational education, and defines the related concepts. The second part: the present situation of primary school teachers' entry education in Guizhou province is investigated and analyzed. The third part: according to the survey results, the existing problems of primary school entry education in Guizhou province are analyzed. The fourth part analyzes the implementation of vocational education in Britain, the United States and France. The fifth part: aiming at the problems existing in the entry education of primary school teachers in Guizhou Province, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
