鎮(zhèn)江市京口區(qū)小學(xué)體育校內(nèi)外銜接的途徑與條件研究

【摘要】:學(xué)校體育與校外體育的銜接一直是我們對(duì)青少年進(jìn)行體育干預(yù),促進(jìn)身體健康和體質(zhì)健康穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)的抓手,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),校內(nèi)體育工作不斷充實(shí),場(chǎng)地設(shè)施日漸完善,而校外體育開展較為薄弱,處于無(wú)序狀態(tài)。2016年4月,國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)了《強(qiáng)化學(xué)校體育促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康全面發(fā)展的意見》,文件里提到了“銜接”一詞,并強(qiáng)調(diào)要借助學(xué)校、家庭、社區(qū)三方的力量,共同保障青少年每天鍛煉達(dá)到1小時(shí)。這是該領(lǐng)域研究的突破口,因此,本文對(duì)小學(xué)體育校內(nèi)外的銜接進(jìn)行了研究。本文調(diào)查了鎮(zhèn)江市京口區(qū)15所小學(xué),以水平三階段青少年的家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)校教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷法、實(shí)地考察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,從家長(zhǎng)的校外體育意識(shí)、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)生參加校外體育鍛煉的態(tài)度、學(xué)校與家長(zhǎng)和社區(qū)互動(dòng)的途徑、學(xué)生在校外參加體育鍛煉的環(huán)境和條件等方面入手,進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,分析出問(wèn)題,并提出對(duì)策和建議,為鎮(zhèn)江市京口區(qū)學(xué)校、體育、社會(huì)三方聯(lián)動(dòng),共同促進(jìn)小學(xué)生校內(nèi)外體育銜接提供改進(jìn)依據(jù)和參考。研究結(jié)果顯示:1、學(xué)校體育與校外體育之間的銜接是促進(jìn)青少年體質(zhì)健康發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。在理論上,兩者的銜接主要依靠家長(zhǎng)正確的體育觀念和學(xué)校完善的銜接制度,目標(biāo)根本上保持一致。通過(guò)論述目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法三個(gè)方面的差異,找出校外體育與校內(nèi)體育一一對(duì)應(yīng)的銜接條件,從而確定,校外體育是校內(nèi)體育的延伸和補(bǔ)充。對(duì)此,我們構(gòu)建了理想化的銜接模型。2、鎮(zhèn)江市京口區(qū)小學(xué)體育校內(nèi)外的銜接現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀。多數(shù)家長(zhǎng)能夠正確看待學(xué)生在空閑時(shí)間進(jìn)行鍛煉,并肯定了體育活動(dòng)的重要作用。實(shí)際生活中,家長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)孩子進(jìn)行體育活動(dòng)頻率低,時(shí)間少,缺少專業(yè)體育健康知識(shí),不能指導(dǎo)青少年科學(xué)健身;在調(diào)查家庭體育消費(fèi)中,男性家長(zhǎng)擁有的體育消費(fèi)觀高于女性家長(zhǎng);影響家長(zhǎng)帶學(xué)生參加體育活動(dòng)的主要因素是沒(méi)有時(shí)間和社區(qū)活動(dòng)太少。3、學(xué)校體育與校外體育銜接途徑少,方式單一,青少年體育鍛煉環(huán)境得不到保障。學(xué)校銜接制度化建設(shè)不完善,缺少促進(jìn)校內(nèi)外銜接的活動(dòng),學(xué)校與家長(zhǎng)和社區(qū)合作少,家長(zhǎng)會(huì)是交流學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況的主要途徑,校內(nèi)體育俱樂(lè)部開展?fàn)顩r不樂(lè)觀。鎮(zhèn)江市公共基礎(chǔ)健身設(shè)施較為齊全,但學(xué)生居住社區(qū)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施缺乏,缺少專業(yè)體育體育人才的指導(dǎo)。4、針對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江市京口區(qū)小學(xué)校內(nèi)體育與校外體育銜接中存在的問(wèn)題,提出促進(jìn)有效銜接的對(duì)策:加強(qiáng)學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育,樹立”終身體育”的觀念;積極改善“校內(nèi)體育社團(tuán)”,創(chuàng)新體育項(xiàng)目,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生體育興趣為中心;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三方互動(dòng),拓寬學(xué)生參與校外體育鍛煉的途徑;政府加強(qiáng)社區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè),監(jiān)督社區(qū)安全保障體系的建立;建立銜接保障機(jī)制,組建專門管理人員。
[Abstract]:The connection between school sports and out-of-school sports has always been the starting point for us to intervene in youth and promote the steady growth of physical and physical health. For a long time, the physical education work in schools has been continuously enriched, and the venues and facilities have been improved day by day. In April 2016, the State Council issued "opinions on strengthening School physical Education to promote the all-round Development of students' physical and Mental Health," the document mentioned the word "cohesion" and stressed the need for schools to use the help of schools. Family, community three-way strength, together to ensure that teenagers exercise up to 1 hour a day. This is a breakthrough in the field of research, therefore, this paper studies the primary school physical education in and out of the connection. In this paper, 15 primary schools in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City were investigated. The parents and school teachers of three-stage adolescents in Zhenjiang City were investigated by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, field survey and mathematical statistics, etc. Based on the parents' awareness of out-of-school physical education, parents' attitude towards students' participation in out-of-school physical exercises, the ways of interaction between schools and parents and communities, and the environment and conditions for students to participate in physical exercises outside school, the present situation is investigated. This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide improvement basis and reference for school, physical education and society in Jingkou District, Zhenjiang City, to jointly promote the physical connection between primary school students and students in and out of school. The results show that: (1) the connection between school physical education and out-of-school physical education is an inevitable trend to promote the healthy development of young people's physique. In theory, the connection between the two mainly depends on the parents' correct concept of physical education and the perfect school cohesion system, and the goals are basically consistent. By discussing the differences among objectives, contents and methods, this paper finds out the corresponding conditions between out-of-school sports and in-school sports, so as to determine that out-of-school sports is the extension and supplement of in-school physical education. Secondly, the present situation of physical education in and out of primary school in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City is not optimistic. Most parents can see students exercise in their free time, and recognize the important role of physical activity. In actual life, parents lead their children to carry out sports activities with low frequency, less time, lack of professional sports health knowledge, can not guide the scientific fitness of teenagers; In the survey of family sports consumption, the concept of sports consumption owned by male parents is higher than that of female parents. The main factors influencing parents to take students to sports activities are lack of time and too little community activities. 3. There are few ways of connecting school physical education and out-of-school sports, the way is single, and the environment of young people's physical exercise is not guaranteed. The institutionalized construction of school connection is not perfect, the activities to promote the connection inside and outside the school are lacking, the cooperation between the school and the parents and the community is less, the parent association is the main way to exchange the students' physique and health, and the development of the sports clubs in the school is not optimistic. Zhenjiang City public infrastructure fitness facilities are relatively complete, but students live in the community facilities lack of professional sports personnel guidance. 4, aimed at Zhenjiang Jingkou District primary school sports and out-of-school physical education problems existing in the connection, Put forward the countermeasures to promote effective connection: to strengthen the quality education in schools and to establish the concept of "lifelong physical education"; To actively improve the "school sports community", to innovate sports projects, to cultivate students' interest in sports as the center, to strengthen the school, family, social three-way interaction, to broaden the way of students to participate in out-of-school physical exercise; The government strengthens the construction of the community industry, supervises the establishment of the community safety guarantee system, establishes the linkage guarantee mechanism, and sets up the specialized management personnel.
