南京市浦口區(qū)小學(xué)體育課堂中體育游戲?qū)嵤┈F(xiàn)狀及影響因素的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:南京市浦口區(qū)地處長江以北毗鄰安徽滁州與南京市區(qū)隔江相對,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn),浦口區(qū)由原來的郊區(qū)向江北新區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型。在新城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)型和全國體育游戲教學(xué)不斷發(fā)展的背景下,浦口區(qū)的教育未能與新形勢接軌,尤其是在談及多年的體育游戲教學(xué)上未能得到良好轉(zhuǎn)型,本文通過對浦口區(qū)體育游戲現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行摸底調(diào)查,并作出科學(xué)診斷。為城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部小學(xué)體育游戲?qū)W逐步走向規(guī)范化、制度化、可持續(xù)的軌道提供可參考的依據(jù)。體育游戲作為體育教學(xué)的一部分,它具有傳授知識(shí)、健身、教育、娛樂等功能,符合小學(xué)生生理和心理的發(fā)展需要。體育游戲能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生對體育的興趣和愛好,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)鍛煉的積極性,開發(fā)學(xué)生的智力,提高學(xué)生思想品德。為促進(jìn)浦口區(qū)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中體育游戲的開展,發(fā)掘教學(xué)中影響體育游戲開展的重要因素,加強(qiáng)教師在教學(xué)中運(yùn)用體育游戲的能力,論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法及因子分析法等研究方法,對南京市浦口區(qū)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中開設(shè)體育游戲的情況、體育教師對體育游戲運(yùn)用的現(xiàn)狀及小學(xué)體育課堂開展體育游戲的制約因素等方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。研究得出的主要結(jié)論有:1.浦口區(qū)體育教師在體育課堂中運(yùn)用體育游戲的現(xiàn)狀有:學(xué)生對待體育游戲的興趣不足,學(xué)生對于體育游戲的認(rèn)知程度不高,學(xué)生對于體育游戲的期望度不高,易于受到課堂組織和性別的影響阻礙體育游戲的健康發(fā)展。2.浦口區(qū)體育教師的體育游戲儲(chǔ)備不足,體育游戲創(chuàng)編方法欠缺,對于體育游戲的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷匱乏,教師專業(yè)化水平不高,個(gè)人對待體育游戲的價(jià)值偏差較大,工作量較大,難以保證體育游戲教學(xué)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。3.體育課中體育游戲教材在時(shí)間、比例、結(jié)構(gòu)上設(shè)置不合理,體育教師對待體育游戲普及程度的思考不到位,體育游戲的選材和規(guī)則難易程度未能與小學(xué)生形成有效的對應(yīng),體育游戲應(yīng)用類型單一,難以做到體育游戲與學(xué)生生活、課堂授課內(nèi)容相協(xié)調(diào),制約了體育游戲在小學(xué)體育課堂中的開展。4.浦口區(qū)學(xué)校管理制度存在不足,組織體育游戲研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的學(xué)校數(shù)量匱乏,關(guān)注體育教師相關(guān)培訓(xùn)和體育游戲器材購置等程度不高,對于體育教師的課堂管理不到位等阻礙了體育游戲進(jìn)入體育課堂的步伐。根據(jù)所調(diào)查的實(shí)際情況提出以下建議:1.提升學(xué)生對體育游戲的認(rèn)知程度,組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行體育游戲的行為教育,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣的培養(yǎng),關(guān)注每一位學(xué)生的發(fā)展,切實(shí)落實(shí)學(xué)生終身體育思想的形成。2.增加體育教師業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)與交流的機(jī)會(huì),優(yōu)化體育教師隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),合理安排體育教師的日常工作與生活,提升體育游戲在體育課堂中的教學(xué)地位,增強(qiáng)教師對待體育游戲的價(jià)值認(rèn)可,促進(jìn)體育游戲在教師群體中的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。3.優(yōu)化體育游戲的時(shí)間、結(jié)構(gòu),制定體育游戲的緯度增加同時(shí)兼顧體育游戲的普及性,充分考慮學(xué)生的身心發(fā)育特點(diǎn)。做到體育游戲與學(xué)生生活相聯(lián)系與授課內(nèi)容相匹配,做到體育游戲有層次有階段的開展。4.完善學(xué)校的課堂管理機(jī)制,制定與體育游戲相關(guān)聯(lián)的教學(xué)計(jì)劃,擴(kuò)充體育游戲的發(fā)展空間,增設(shè)體育游戲所需器材,組建體育游戲的教研團(tuán)體,促進(jìn)體育游戲在小學(xué)體育課堂中的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Pukou District, Nanjing, is located in the north of the Yangtze River, adjacent to the Anhui Province and is opposed to Nanjing. With the development of the urbanization, the Pukou District is transformed from the original suburbs to the Jiangbei New Area. In the background of the changing of the new urbanization and the development of the national sports game teaching, the education of the Pukou District has not been in line with the new situation, especially in the teaching of the multi-year sports games, This paper makes a survey of the present situation and existing problems of the sports game in Pukou District, and makes a scientific diagnosis. It provides a reference basis for the gradual trend towards the standardization, institutionalization and sustainable track of the primary school sports games in the combination of urban and rural areas. As a part of the physical education teaching, the sports game has the function of imparting knowledge, body-building, education, and entertainment, which is in line with the physical and psychological development needs of the primary school students. The sports game can arouse the students' interest and interest in sports, arouse the enthusiasm of the students' sports learning and exercise, develop the students' intelligence and improve the students' ideological and moral character. In order to promote the development of the sports games in the elementary school physical education in Pukou district, the paper explores the important factors which influence the development of the sports game in the teaching, and strengthens the ability of the teachers to use the sports games in the teaching. The research methods such as the mathematical statistics method and the factor analysis method are used to investigate the situation of the sports games in the elementary school physical education in the Pukou district of Nanjing, and the current situation of the application of the PE games and the restriction factors of the sports games in the primary physical education class. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The present situation of physical education in Pukou District is as follows: the students' interest in sports games is not enough, and the students' awareness of sports games is not high, and the students' expectation of sports games is not high. It is easy to be influenced by the organization and the sex of the class to hinder the healthy development of the sports game. The sports game reserve of the P. E. teachers in the Pukou District is not enough, the creative method of the sports game is short, the study experience of the sports game is not high, the professional level of the teacher is not high, the value deviation of the individual to the sports game is large, the workload is large, It is difficult to ensure the sustainable development of sports game teaching. in that course of physical education, the teaching material of the sports game is set to be unreasonable in time, proportion and structure, the thinking of the PE teacher to the degree of the popularization of the sports game is not in place, the material selection and the difficulty degree of the sports game fail to form a valid correspondence with the primary school students, the application type of the sports game is single, It is difficult to achieve the coordination of the sports game with the student's life and the content of the class teaching, and the development of the sports game in the primary school physical education class is restricted. The school management system of the Pukou District is not enough, the number of the schools in the research and development team of the organization sports game is insufficient, the attention is paid to the training of the physical education teachers and the acquisition of the sports game equipment, and the classroom management of the physical education teachers is not in place, and the pace of the sports game to enter the physical education class is hindered. The following recommendations were made on the basis of the actual situation under investigation:1. To improve the degree of the students' cognition to the sports game, to organize the students to conduct the behavior education of sports games, to strengthen the cultivation of the students' interest in sports, to pay attention to the development of each student, and to effectively carry out the formation of the students' lifelong physical education. It is an opportunity to increase the professional training and communication of the physical education teachers, optimize the internal structure of the physical education teachers, reasonably arrange the daily work and life of the physical education teachers, improve the teaching status of the sports games in the physical education class, and enhance the value recognition of the teachers to the sports games, To promote the sustainable development of sports games in teachers' groups. The time and the structure of the sports game are optimized, the latitude of the sports game is set up, the universality of the sports game is taken into consideration, and the physical and mental development characteristics of the students are fully taken into account. The relationship between the sports game and the student's life is matched with the content of the teaching, so that the sports game has the stage of carrying out. Improve the classroom management mechanism of the school, develop the teaching plan associated with the sports game, expand the development space of the sports game, add the necessary equipment for sports games, set up the teaching and research group of the sports game, and promote the good development of the sports game in the primary school physical education class.
