【摘要】：當今社會,科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,而科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展歸根結(jié)底離不開教育。因此,教育在國際競爭中的地位變得越來越不容忽視,同時,教師作為教育的中堅力量和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的引導(dǎo)者,在教育改革中的作用也越來越被重視。世界各國對學(xué)校教育,乃至整個教育事業(yè)的關(guān)注度越來越高,當然中國也不例外,因此我國教師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格已成為新的研究領(lǐng)域,形成自己教學(xué)風(fēng)格的教師更容易獲得教學(xué)幸福感和成就感。受此影響,我國開始研究教師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。經(jīng)多方面考慮,筆者打算選用個案研究的方法,選擇具有自身獨特教學(xué)風(fēng)格且教學(xué)成績突出的H小學(xué)語文教師P老師作為筆者的研究對象。筆者經(jīng)過為期半年的訪談、課堂觀察和課堂實錄采集等方法,收集了豐富的資料,在P老師的全力配合下從個案研究這個角度來研究P老師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格特征,總結(jié)出P老師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格為理智型和善導(dǎo)型的教學(xué)風(fēng)格,同時還分析了影響P老師教學(xué)風(fēng)格形成的內(nèi)部因素(個性特征、自身追求、知識素養(yǎng)、教學(xué)反思)與外部因素(校園環(huán)境的創(chuàng)建、關(guān)鍵人物的推動),并對其教學(xué)的風(fēng)格進行個案描述,從而對P老師教學(xué)風(fēng)格的形成提出了幾點啟示(增強知識儲備、關(guān)心愛護學(xué)生、注重自我反思、警惕經(jīng)驗主義、勇于教學(xué)創(chuàng)新)希望能對我們語文教師的成長與教學(xué)提供一些借鑒意義。但筆者的研究畢竟只是一項個案研究,無法提出普遍性的規(guī)律,并且由于時間和精力的原因,對于P老師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格的研究仍存在著不足,還需要日后更進一步的研究和探討,使之更加完善和系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In today's society, science and technology is the first productive force, and the development of science and technology cannot be separated from education in the final analysis. Therefore, the status of education in the international competition becomes more and more important. Meanwhile, teachers, as the backbone of education and the guide of students' learning, are paying more and more attention to the role of teachers in the educational reform. All countries in the world are paying more and more attention to school education, and even the whole educational undertaking. Of course, China is no exception. Therefore, the teaching style of teachers in our country has become a new research field. Teachers who form their own teaching style are more likely to get a sense of teaching happiness and accomplishment. Affected by this, our country began to study the teaching style of teachers. Through various considerations, the author intends to choose the method of case study and choose teacher P of Chinese teacher of H primary school, who has its own unique teaching style and outstanding teaching achievement, as the research object of the author. After half a year of interviews, classroom observation and classroom record collection, the author collected rich information and studied the teaching style characteristics of teacher P from the perspective of case study with the full cooperation of teacher P. It is concluded that P teacher's teaching style is rational and good guide. At the same time, it also analyzes the internal factors (personality characteristics, self-pursuit, knowledge accomplishment) that affect the formation of P teacher's teaching style. Teaching introspection) and external factors (the creation of campus environment, the promotion of key characters), and the case description of their teaching style, thus put forward some enlightenment to the formation of P teacher's teaching style. It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the growth and teaching of Chinese teachers. But the author's research is only a case study, which can not put forward the universal rule, and because of the reason of time and energy, the research of P teacher's teaching style still has the insufficiency, and needs further research and discussion in the future. Make it more perfect and systematic.
