小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)提升研究

【摘要】:育人者,必先受教育。伴隨著課程改革的深入,時代對小學語文教師的要求越來越高,小學語文教師的教學素養(yǎng)直接成為學生建構核心素養(yǎng)的示范引領,成為育人質量與學生學習方式轉變的制約因素。本文課題旨在針對小學語文教育實際,應時代對提高學生核心素養(yǎng)的要求,提出小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)的基本結構,深入調查分析當前小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,探究缺失成因,并有針對性地提出相應的建設策略。筆者以鎮(zhèn)江市小學師生為研究對象進行抽樣調查,主要采用文獻研究、調查問卷等方法,審視現(xiàn)狀,提出對策。全文分為三個部分:引言、正文和結語。其中正文部分分三章進行討論。引言闡述論題提出的緣由及意義,概述該領域的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本論文的研究設想。第一章小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)。立足已有成果的理論實踐,闡釋教師教學素養(yǎng)的概念和價值,基于小學生心理特點,系統(tǒng)闡述小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)的基本結構,順應時代浪潮,探尋當前課程改革對于小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)的新期待。第二章小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析。預設本次調查問題,明確本次調查研究的目的、對象及所使用的研究方法及實施步驟,根據(jù)獲得的一手資料分析當前小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)缺失現(xiàn)狀。第三章小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)缺失歸因與提升策略。在相關理論的指導下,在分析當前小學語文教師存在的主要教學素養(yǎng)缺失原因的基礎上,結合教育實踐展開探索,以尋求有較強操作價值切實可行的提高小學語文教師教學素養(yǎng)的建設策略。結語總結本文研究的價值及意義,并指出不足及今后努力方向。
[Abstract]:He who educates must be educated first. With the deepening of curriculum reform, the requirements of primary school Chinese teachers are becoming higher and higher. The teaching literacy of primary school Chinese teachers has become the demonstration guide for students to construct core qualities. To become the quality of education and the transformation of students' learning style constraints. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the basic structure of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching literacy, to investigate and analyze the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching literacy, in view of the actual situation of primary school Chinese education and to meet the requirements of the times to improve students' core literacy. Explore the causes of lack, and put forward the corresponding construction strategy. The author takes Zhenjiang primary school teachers and students as the research object to carry on the sample investigation, mainly uses the literature research, the questionnaire and so on, examines the present situation, proposes the countermeasure. Based on the theory and practice of the existing achievements, this paper explains the concept and value of teachers' teaching literacy, based on the psychological characteristics of primary school students, systematically expounds the basic structure of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching literacy, and conforms to the tide of the times. To explore the current curriculum reform for primary school Chinese teachers teaching literacy new expectations. The second chapter analyzes the present situation of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching accomplishment. The purpose, object, research method and implementation steps of this investigation are defined, and the present situation of the lack of teaching accomplishment of primary school Chinese teachers is analyzed according to the first hand data obtained. The third chapter is the attribution and promotion strategy of the lack of teaching accomplishment of primary school Chinese teachers. Under the guidance of relevant theories, on the basis of analyzing the main reasons for the lack of teaching literacy of Chinese teachers in primary schools at present, and combining with the educational practice, this paper explores, In order to seek a strong operational value of practical ways to improve the teaching literacy of primary school Chinese teachers. The conclusion summarizes the value and significance of this study, and points out the deficiency and the direction of future efforts.
