本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)信息技術(shù)作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支撐,在社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中具有舉足輕重的作用。信息技術(shù)作為中小學(xué)的必修課開(kāi)展了十余年之久,鑒于小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)過(guò)于寬泛,使得信息技術(shù)課在開(kāi)設(shè)過(guò)程中雖然出現(xiàn)了一些小問(wèn)題,但同時(shí)也擴(kuò)大了這門課程的自主性與靈活性,可以說(shuō)信息技術(shù)教學(xué)呈現(xiàn)出百花齊放的局面;谶@個(gè)前提,筆者以本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程為研究對(duì)象,采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、課堂觀察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,通過(guò)與學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和信息技術(shù)教師的交流,了解學(xué)校信息技術(shù)課程開(kāi)展的情況和實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的困惑,試圖在了解本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)信息技術(shù)課程發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合教育技術(shù)理論加以思考與分析,提出適合本地區(qū)信息技術(shù)課程建設(shè)的對(duì)策,以期對(duì)本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有價(jià)值的參考。論文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分為概述,闡述了本論文的研究背景與意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外信息技術(shù)課的現(xiàn)狀;第二部分為本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合信息技術(shù)學(xué)科特點(diǎn)和本溪教育發(fā)展情況,闡述了本研究的設(shè)計(jì)思路,確定研究的內(nèi)容,并闡述論文的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分為本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程現(xiàn)狀研究與分析,從組織管理、學(xué)校機(jī)房教學(xué)用機(jī)、開(kāi)課、師資、教材、信息技術(shù)課堂教學(xué)、小學(xué)生信息素養(yǎng)以及小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)八個(gè)方面匯總了本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課近年來(lái)取得的成果和存在的問(wèn)題;第四部分為本溪市小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策,一是轉(zhuǎn)變教育管理者、教師與家長(zhǎng)的觀念,提高信息技術(shù)課程的地位;二是政府應(yīng)加大對(duì)信息技術(shù)教育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的資金投入;三是積極開(kāi)發(fā)和利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源有效共享;四是提高教師的基本素質(zhì)和專業(yè)技能,打造高素質(zhì)的小學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師隊(duì)伍;五是創(chuàng)建新型課堂教學(xué)模式,提高小學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力;六是在課堂教學(xué)中全面提高小學(xué)生的信息素養(yǎng);七是建立科學(xué)、有效的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的評(píng)價(jià)方式。第五部分對(duì)研究進(jìn)行了反思和總結(jié),提出研究中存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:As an important support of social economy in 21 century, information technology plays an important role in the process of social development. Information technology as a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools has been carried out for more than ten years. In view of the broad information technology curriculum standards in primary schools, although there have been some minor problems in the course of offering information technology courses, But at the same time, it also expands the autonomy and flexibility of this course, it can be said that information technology teaching presents a situation of blooming a hundred flowers. Based on this premise, the author takes the information technology curriculum of Benxi primary school as the research object, adopts the literature research method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, and communicates with school leaders and information technology teachers. This paper tries to find out the problems existing in the development of information technology curriculum on the basis of understanding the present situation of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi city. Based on the theory of educational technology, this paper puts forward some countermeasures suitable for the construction of information technology curriculum in this area, in order to provide a valuable reference for the sustainable development of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi city. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an overview, the research background and significance of this paper as well as the current situation of information technology at home and abroad; The second part is the investigation and design of the development of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi. Combining the characteristics of information technology and the development of education in Benxi, this paper expounds the design ideas of this study, determines the content of the study, and expounds the theoretical basis of the paper. The third part is the research and analysis of the current situation of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi, from organization management, teaching machines in school computer rooms, teachers, teaching materials, information technology classroom teaching. The information literacy of primary school students and the learning evaluation of primary school students sum up the achievements and problems of information technology courses in primary schools in Benxi in recent years. The fourth part is the countermeasures of the sustainable development of information technology curriculum in Benxi primary school. One is to change the concept of education administrators, teachers and parents, and to improve the status of information technology curriculum; Second, the government should increase the investment in the construction of information technology education infrastructure, third, actively develop and utilize the network curriculum resources, and realize the effective sharing of resources. The fourth is to improve the teachers' basic quality and professional skills, to create a high-quality primary school information technology teachers, five is to create a new classroom teaching model to improve the ability of primary school students to learn independently. The sixth is to improve pupils' information literacy in classroom teaching, and the seventh is to establish a scientific and effective evaluation method for students' learning. The fifth part reflects on and summarizes the research, and puts forward the deficiencies in the research.
