【摘要】：在2010年,國(guó)家教育部為了全方面提高中小學(xué)教師整體素質(zhì),實(shí)施了“中小學(xué)教師國(guó)家級(jí)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃”,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”。成都體育學(xué)院是按照教育部下發(fā)的招標(biāo)要求和招標(biāo)流程,最后通過(guò)了嚴(yán)格的選拔成為“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”其中的一個(gè)培訓(xùn)承辦機(jī)構(gòu)。在開(kāi)辦短期集中培訓(xùn)班時(shí),課程設(shè)置符合課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大綱的要求,授課專(zhuān)家是教育部審批合格的教授,學(xué)員是隨機(jī)分配的來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的一線(xiàn)教師。在“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求下,小學(xué)體育教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)能力提升模塊中包括要提高學(xué)員設(shè)計(jì)與組織大課間活動(dòng)的能力,改善學(xué)員創(chuàng)編課間操的技術(shù)技能。本文所研究的成都體育學(xué)院小學(xué)體育培訓(xùn)班是以小學(xué)體育課程資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用為主題,大課間活動(dòng)是其中一個(gè)重要的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,而且大課間活動(dòng)在中小學(xué)校中也是除了體育課堂,學(xué)生們參與鍛煉的最佳時(shí)間。本文對(duì)2014年、2015年的參訓(xùn)學(xué)員進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)員對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù),研究分析在短期培訓(xùn)中關(guān)于大課間活動(dòng)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,總結(jié)出培訓(xùn)中關(guān)于大課間活動(dòng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的改進(jìn)建議,并調(diào)查了2016年短期培訓(xùn)中教學(xué)內(nèi)容改進(jìn)后的效果。本文通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)資料、研究培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析等方法對(duì)成都體育學(xué)院“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”小學(xué)體育培訓(xùn)班中所開(kāi)展的大課間活動(dòng)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深入的研究。分析現(xiàn)有課程的安排情況,了解學(xué)員的需求,結(jié)合“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出建議,列舉更加合適的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,總結(jié)了以“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”為依托的大課間活動(dòng)課程設(shè)置和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排,研究結(jié)果可以為以后“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”的承辦單位在關(guān)于大課間活動(dòng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題上提供科學(xué)的理論支撐和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In 2010, in order to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in all aspects, the Ministry of Education implemented the National training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers. According to the bidding requirements and bidding process issued by the Ministry of Education, Chengdu Institute of physical Education adopted strict selection to become one of the training contractors in the "National training Plan". In the course of short-term centralized training courses, the curriculum meets the requirements of the curriculum standard outline. The teaching experts are qualified professors approved by the Ministry of Education, and the students are randomly assigned teachers from all over the country. According to the curriculum standard of "National training Program", the professional ability enhancement module of primary school physical education teachers includes improving the students' ability to design and organize large class activities, and to improve the technical skills of students' creative exercises. The primary physical education training course of Chengdu Institute of physical Education is focused on the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in primary schools, in which the major class activities are one of the important teaching contents. In addition to physical education classes, large-class activities are also the best time for students to take part in exercise. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the participants in 2014 and 2015. The evaluation data of the students' teaching contents were counted, and the teaching contents of the large class activities in the short-term training were analyzed. This paper summarizes the suggestions for improving the teaching contents of the large class activities in the training, and investigates the effect of the improvement of the teaching contents in the short term training in 2016. Through consulting relevant materials, studying the training content, designing the questionnaire, By means of summing up and analyzing the data obtained, this paper makes a deep study on the teaching contents of the large class activities in the primary school physical education training course of Chengdu Institute of physical Education (Chengdu Institute of physical Education). To analyze the arrangements of the existing courses, to understand the needs of the trainees, and to make suggestions in the light of the curriculum standards of the "National Education Plan", and to enumerate more appropriate teaching contents, This paper summarizes the arrangement of the curriculum and the teaching content of the large class activities based on the "National Education Program". The results of the study can provide scientific theoretical support and basis for the design of the teaching contents of the major class activities in the future undertaking units of the "National Education Program".
