基于課程的視角:青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的實踐研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和教育理念的更新,“包班制”成為國際范圍內(nèi)初等教育改革的重要趨勢。在發(fā)達國家實行已久的“包班制”是建立在小班化、課程綜合化以及與之匹配的教師教育的基礎(chǔ)之上,它是一種科學(xué)的、進步的教育機制。在我國,基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域的各項變革,如開設(shè)綜合課程、培養(yǎng)全科教師以及縮小班級規(guī)模等,無一不體現(xiàn)了關(guān)注學(xué)生整體性與差異性,注重因材施教與挖掘?qū)W生潛能的教育理念。這與國際“包班制”的理念不謀而合,也為我國各個地區(qū)和學(xué)校進行“包班制”的試點和實驗提供了契機。本研究以國內(nèi)外“包班制”的實踐經(jīng)驗為參照,基于課程的視角,以質(zhì)化研究為策略,綜合運用了訪談、觀察、文件分析等方法,考察了青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的基本情況以及“包班制”下的學(xué)校課程,力圖展現(xiàn)青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的全貌,尤其是在“包班制”下學(xué)校課程的現(xiàn)狀,并以此為基礎(chǔ)揭示青島市李滄區(qū)現(xiàn)行“包班制”存在的問題,從而為進一步完善“包班制”建言獻策。本研究共分為六部分:第一部分引言,概要地介紹了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于“包班制”這一領(lǐng)域的研究內(nèi)容及基本取向,闡釋了本論題的研究意義和研究構(gòu)思,以及其它相關(guān)問題;第二部分“包班制”的理論基礎(chǔ),從“包班制”的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、“包班制”的特征和實施原則方面進行了系統(tǒng)的論述;第三部分青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的實施現(xiàn)狀和第四部分青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”存在的問題及分析,是以青島市李滄區(qū)為例,從“包班制”的基本情況、“包班制”下的學(xué)校課程運作、教師群體對“包班制”的態(tài)度歸納以及存在的問題四個方面呈現(xiàn)了李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的全貌;第五部分青島市李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”的改進建議,結(jié)合李滄區(qū)小學(xué)“包班制”在實施過程中的各種問題,從地方、學(xué)校和教師層面提出了針對性的建議;第六部分結(jié)語,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對“包班制”的未來研究方向進行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the renewal of the educational concept, the "package class system" has become an important trend in the reform of primary education in the international scope. The "package system", which has been practiced for a long time in developed countries, is built on the basis of small class, curriculum integration and matching teacher education. It is a scientific and progressive educational mechanism. In China, the changes in the field of basic education, such as setting up comprehensive courses, cultivating general teachers and reducing class size, all reflect the educational concept of paying attention to students' integrity and difference, paying attention to teaching students according to their aptitude and tapping students' potential. This coincides with the idea of international "package system" and provides an opportunity for all regions and schools of our country to carry out the pilot and experiment of the "package system". This study is based on the practical experience of the "package system" at home and abroad, based on the curriculum perspective, qualitative research as a strategy, comprehensive use of interview, observation, document analysis and other methods. This paper investigates the basic situation of the "class package system" in the primary schools of LiCang District, Qingdao and the school curriculum under the "class package system", and tries to show the overall picture of the "class package system" in the primary schools of the district of Qingdao, especially the present situation of the school curriculum under the "class package system". On the basis of this, it reveals the existing problems of the current "contracted class system" in Li Cang District, Qingdao City, so as to offer suggestions for the further improvement of the "contracted class system". This research is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research content and basic orientation of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of "package shift system", and explains the research significance and research conception of this topic, as well as other related issues; The second part of the theoretical basis of the "package system" from the "package system" of the development of the context, "the characteristics of the system" and the implementation of the principles of a systematic discussion; The third part is the present situation of the implementation of the "package class system" in the primary school of LiCang District, Qingdao City, and the fourth part, the problems and analysis of the "package class system" in the primary school of Li Cang District of Qingdao City, which is taken as an example from the basic situation of the "package class system" in Qingdao City. The operation of the school curriculum under the system, the attitude of the teachers to the system and the existing problems show the whole picture of the system in the primary school of Li Cang District. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of local, school and teacher, combining with the various problems in the implementation of the "package class system" in the primary school of Li Cang district of Qingdao. The sixth part of the conclusion, on the basis of the above analysis, the future research direction of "package class system" is prospected.
