貴州省小學(xué)大課間體育活動(dòng)理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:貴州省為了提高學(xué)生體質(zhì),增進(jìn)身體健康,保證中小學(xué)生每天鍛煉一小時(shí)校園體育活動(dòng),各中小學(xué)學(xué)校積極貫徹實(shí)施大課間體育活動(dòng),而在具體實(shí)施過(guò)程中卻出現(xiàn)了諸多問(wèn)題,為了更好地研究這些問(wèn)題,本文將大課間體育活動(dòng)的理論研究與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,對(duì)貴州省90所小學(xué)的450名教師進(jìn)行了關(guān)于大課間體育活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析與討論,得出以下結(jié)論:1、學(xué)校針對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)的管理體系不完善,監(jiān)管機(jī)制大部分停留在宏觀層面,沒(méi)有建立起有效的評(píng)價(jià)制度及反饋制度,對(duì)學(xué)校大課間體育活動(dòng)的實(shí)施缺少監(jiān)管;2、學(xué)校對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)的宣傳工作不到位,教師認(rèn)識(shí)程度不高,對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)的關(guān)注度比較低;3、大課間體育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目單一,內(nèi)容的單調(diào),不符合廣大學(xué)生的實(shí)際需要;4、我省體育教師在外出培訓(xùn)方面機(jī)會(huì)較少,缺乏與其他學(xué)校進(jìn)行關(guān)于大課間體育活動(dòng)及其發(fā)展的交流;5、開(kāi)展大課間體育活動(dòng)時(shí),人均活動(dòng)范圍小以及活動(dòng)器材的短缺在很大程度上影響學(xué)生的參與熱情。6、以多種路線和項(xiàng)目組織的跑操充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性最后筆者針對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)在實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策:1、建立合理的大課間體育活動(dòng)管理體系和健全的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,為大課間體育活動(dòng)的有效開(kāi)展提供制度保障;2、做好關(guān)于“開(kāi)展大課間體育活動(dòng)”的宣傳動(dòng)員工作;3、根據(jù)學(xué)生的興趣,不斷為大課間體育活動(dòng)更新注入“時(shí)代潮流特色”,科學(xué)有序得開(kāi)展大課間體育活動(dòng);4、充分利用師生資源,為大課間體育活動(dòng)注入新鮮“血液”;5、利用可回收的廢棄物開(kāi)發(fā)體育器材。
[Abstract]:In Guizhou Province, in order to improve students' physique, improve their health and ensure that primary and middle school students exercise one hour of physical activity every day on campus, the schools of primary and middle schools actively implement the large class sports activities, but in the process of concrete implementation, many problems have arisen. In order to better study these problems, this paper combines the theoretical and practical research of physical activity between classes, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc. 450 teachers in 90 primary schools in Guizhou province were investigated on the present situation of physical activities between classes. Based on the analysis and discussion of the data, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The management system of physical activity between schools is not perfect, most of the supervision mechanism stays at the macro level, and there is no effective evaluation system and feedback system. Lack of supervision on the implementation of physical activities during the school break; 2, the propaganda work of the school to the big class sports activity is not in place, the teacher's understanding degree is not high, the attention to the big class sports activity is relatively low; 3, the physical activity item of big class is single, the content is monotonous, does not accord with the general student's actual need; 4. Physical education teachers in our province have less opportunities to go out for training, and lack of communication with other schools about the sports activities and their development; 5. When conducting large-scale sports activities during recess, the small range of activities per capita and the shortage of sports equipment to a large extent affect students' enthusiasm for participation. The running exercises organized by various routes and events fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the implementation of the sports activities during the large class: 1. To establish a reasonable management system and a sound evaluation mechanism to provide a system guarantee for the effective development of sports activities; (2) doing well the propaganda and mobilization work of "carrying out the sports activities between classes"; 3, according to the interest of the students, continuously infusing the "characteristics of the times" into the renewal of the sports activities between classes, and carrying out the sports activities between classes scientifically and in an orderly manner; (4) make full use of the resources of teachers and students, inject fresh "blood" into the sports activities between classes, and (5) develop sports equipment with recyclable wastes.
