7-8歲兒童柔韌素質(zhì)發(fā)展的實驗研究
[Abstract]:The body's flexibility develops fastest in childhood. From the point of view of human physiology, children are in the sensitive period of flexibility development. If flexibility exercises are carried out during this period, it will promote the development of flexibility and improve the physical health of children. And in childhood, due to incomplete heart and muscle development, too much strength and endurance should not be added to the exercise. It is most appropriate to do more flexibility exercises during this period. Taking the sophomore students of the affiliated primary schools of China University of Petroleum as an example, this paper randomly selected 4 students from the second grade of the affiliated primary schools of China University of Petroleum University as the experimental objects, five and six classes as the experimental groups, and seven and eight classes as the control groups. The experimental time was 16 weeks. A test was conducted before the experiment, and then a general test was conducted after the experiment. Most of the indicators used in the test were the national primary school students' second grade system health test index (50m, lateral sandbag, 400m run, sitting position forward flexion, 10m reverse run). After 16 weeks, the test data were collected before and after the experiment, and the physical quality indexes (speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and agility) of the second graders in the experimental group and the control group were measured before and after the experiment. To explore the effects of flexibility exercises on the physical development of children aged 7-8. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Flexibility exercises greatly promoted the development of flexibility of children aged 7-8. 2. Flexibility exercises have a greater role in promoting the development of speed quality of children aged 7-8 years. 3. Flexibility exercises promote the development of sensitive qualities in children aged 7-8. 4. Flexibility exercises can promote the development of balance quality of children aged 7-8. 5. There was no significant difference in strength and endurance quality between the two groups in the matched sample T test of the increasing range of test results in the experimental group and the control group. The effect of flexibility exercise on endurance quality and strength quality development of children aged 7-8 years was not prominent, but the increase of endurance quality in experimental group was larger than that in control group. The results indicate that flexibility exercises can promote the development of endurance quality of children aged 7-8 years.
