小學(xué)班主任少先隊(duì)工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,人類(lèi)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到了社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)型期,少年兒童的教育在此背景下?lián)碛袡C(jī)遇的同時(shí)也面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn)。少先隊(duì)用自己特有的教育方式,為國(guó)家的建設(shè)培養(yǎng)一代又一代人才。如何讓少先隊(duì)員在多元化的文化背景中獲取正確的價(jià)值選擇和價(jià)值判斷,提高他們的綜合能力,是新時(shí)期小學(xué)班主任少先隊(duì)工作所要面臨的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題和最新挑戰(zhàn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)重慶市某所小學(xué)班主任少先隊(duì)工作的調(diào)查訪談,基于小學(xué)班主任的視角,力圖從自身的提高、少先隊(duì)干部的培養(yǎng)及少先隊(duì)教育活動(dòng)的有效開(kāi)展三個(gè)方面反映小學(xué)班主任的工作現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)目前小學(xué)班主任在少先隊(duì)工作中存在的問(wèn)題,分析其產(chǎn)生的原因和提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策,以便提高小學(xué)班主任在少先隊(duì)工作中的水平,最終促進(jìn)少年兒童的身心發(fā)展。本研究分為五大部分。第一部分介紹了選題背景、研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,對(duì)已有的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,并介紹了研究的方法,包括文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、個(gè)別訪談法。第二部分介紹了我國(guó)少先隊(duì)工作的發(fā)展及要求,從五個(gè)階段對(duì)少先隊(duì)工作的發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合相關(guān)文件歸納出少先隊(duì)工作的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容。第三部分對(duì)小學(xué)班主任少先隊(duì)工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,主要針對(duì)三個(gè)方面,首先是小學(xué)班主任對(duì)自身工作追求的現(xiàn)狀,涉及需要堅(jiān)定自身信仰理念的問(wèn)題、需要學(xué)習(xí)自身專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的問(wèn)題、需要提升自身專(zhuān)業(yè)能力的問(wèn)題。其次是培養(yǎng)少先隊(duì)干部的現(xiàn)狀,主要涉及選拔程序未能體現(xiàn)民主的問(wèn)題、未能培養(yǎng)少先隊(duì)干部有效參管班級(jí)的問(wèn)題、未能培養(yǎng)少先隊(duì)干部有效組織活動(dòng)的問(wèn)題。最后是組織少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀,主要涉及活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、活動(dòng)的形式等問(wèn)題。第四部分論述現(xiàn)目前小學(xué)班主任在少先隊(duì)工作中存在的問(wèn)題及進(jìn)行歸因分析。第五部分在探求背后原因的基礎(chǔ)上給出相關(guān)建議,主要涉及增強(qiáng)小學(xué)班主任自身發(fā)展意識(shí),培養(yǎng)少先隊(duì)干部參管班級(jí)能力;提高小學(xué)班主任有效開(kāi)展少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)能力等建議,以期為促進(jìn)小學(xué)班主任少先隊(duì)工作的提高提供具有價(jià)值性的參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, human beings have entered the critical transition period of society. In this context, the education of children and adolescents is facing great challenges as well as opportunities. The Young Pioneers trained generation after generation of talents for the construction of the country with their own unique educational methods. How to make the young pioneers obtain correct value choice and value judgment in the pluralistic cultural background and improve their comprehensive ability is an important problem and the latest challenge for the work of the young pioneers in the primary school class in the new period. Based on the investigation and interview of the work of the Young Pioneers in a primary school in Chongqing, this paper tries to improve itself from the perspective of the head teacher of the primary school. The training of Young Pioneers cadres and the effective development of the Young Pioneers' educational activities reflect the present situation of the elementary school class teachers, sum up the problems existing in the current work of the elementary school class teachers, analyze the causes of their emergence and put forward the relevant countermeasures. In order to improve the level of primary school head teachers in the work of the Young Pioneers, and ultimately promote the physical and mental development of children. This study is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, the existing domestic and foreign literature combing, and introduces the research methods, including literature research, questionnaire survey, individual interviews. The second part introduces the development and requirements of the work of the Young Pioneers in China, summarizes the development history of the work of the Young Pioneers in five stages, and sums up the objectives and contents of the work of the Young Pioneers on the basis of the relevant documents. The third part describes the current situation of the work of the Young Pioneers of the Primary School head teacher, mainly focusing on three aspects, first of all, the status quo of the primary school teacher's pursuit of their own work, involving the need to strengthen their own beliefs. The problem of learning one's own professional knowledge and improving one's own professional ability. The second is the current situation of training Young Pioneer cadres, which mainly involves the problems that the selection procedure fails to embody democracy, the Young Pioneers cadres are not trained to participate in and manage classes effectively, and the Young Pioneers cadres are not trained to organize activities effectively. The last part is the present situation of organizing the Young Pioneers' activities, which mainly involves the contents and forms of the activities. The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the work of Young Pioneers and the attribution analysis. In the fifth part, on the basis of exploring the reasons behind it, some suggestions are given, which mainly involve strengthening the development consciousness of the primary school head teacher and training the young pioneers' ability to participate in and manage the class. In order to promote the improvement of the work of the Young Pioneers in Primary School, some suggestions such as improving the ability of the head teachers to carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers are proposed in order to provide valuable reference for the improvement of the work of the Young Pioneers.
