【摘要】：正"教師課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"作為一種教學(xué)實(shí)踐正進(jìn)入全球視野。新一輪課程改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)反思告訴我們,小學(xué)教師應(yīng)當(dāng)成為課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,這是現(xiàn)代課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用的必然要求,也是課程改革走向嶄新階段的必然趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)小學(xué)教師的課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力如何,存在哪些困境,如何分析和解決小學(xué)教師在提升課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力方面存在的問題,值得我們深入研究和探討。一、小學(xué)教師課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力概述1.課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的含義"課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"概念被首次提出
