【摘要】：正據(jù)調(diào)查,一把手校長主持或參與學(xué)校課題研究的現(xiàn)象普遍存在,學(xué)校由校長主持的主課題或重點課題比例要占到課題總數(shù)的70%以上。校長親自主持課題研究有利有弊。課題研究作為"一把手工程",受重視程度高,投入的人力、物力、財力足,容易出經(jīng)驗出成果。再者,校長直接參與課題研究,有利于自身的發(fā)展,在研究中成長為教育專家、學(xué)者。但是它也有弊端:其一,由于自己精
[Abstract]:According to the investigation, the phenomenon of the principal presiding over or taking part in the research of the school project is common, and the proportion of the principal or the key subject in the school is more than 70% of the total number of the projects. There are advantages and disadvantages for the principal to personally chair the subject.
