少年兒童組織認同現(xiàn)狀及其教育策略研究

【摘要】:通過少年兒童組織認同量表來分析6-13歲少年兒童的少先隊組織認同現(xiàn)狀,研究結(jié)果表明7-13歲少年兒童對少先隊組織的情感認同、認知認同、行為認同以及活動認同上存在差異;诖私Y(jié)果,研究者提出了采用加強組織思想意識教育、創(chuàng)新少先隊實踐活動、有針對性地培育少年兒童與少先隊組織的感情,以及制訂規(guī)范的少先隊行為四種策略來提升少年兒童對少先隊組織的認同。
[Abstract]:By using the Children's Organization identity scale, this paper analyzes the status quo of the young pioneers' organizational identity of children aged 6-13 years. The results show that there are differences in emotional identity, cognitive identity, behavioral identity and activity identity among children aged 7-13 years old. Based on this result, the researcher proposes to strengthen the organizational ideological education, innovate the practical activities of the Young Pioneers, and cultivate the feelings between the young children and the Young Pioneers in a targeted way. As well as the formulation of standardized Young Pioneers behavior four strategies to promote young children's identity with the Young Pioneer organization.
