【摘要】：通過(guò)少年兒童組織認(rèn)同量表來(lái)分析6-13歲少年兒童的少先隊(duì)組織認(rèn)同現(xiàn)狀,研究結(jié)果表明7-13歲少年兒童對(duì)少先隊(duì)組織的情感認(rèn)同、認(rèn)知認(rèn)同、行為認(rèn)同以及活動(dòng)認(rèn)同上存在差異�；诖私Y(jié)果,研究者提出了采用加強(qiáng)組織思想意識(shí)教育、創(chuàng)新少先隊(duì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、有針對(duì)性地培育少年兒童與少先隊(duì)組織的感情,以及制訂規(guī)范的少先隊(duì)行為四種策略來(lái)提升少年兒童對(duì)少先隊(duì)組織的認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:By using the Children's Organization identity scale, this paper analyzes the status quo of the young pioneers' organizational identity of children aged 6-13 years. The results show that there are differences in emotional identity, cognitive identity, behavioral identity and activity identity among children aged 7-13 years old. Based on this result, the researcher proposes to strengthen the organizational ideological education, innovate the practical activities of the Young Pioneers, and cultivate the feelings between the young children and the Young Pioneers in a targeted way. As well as the formulation of standardized Young Pioneers behavior four strategies to promote young children's identity with the Young Pioneer organization.
