江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:社會的發(fā)展使得人們對于教育領(lǐng)域的進步需求不斷提高,一名學(xué)生成為教師之后的發(fā)展成為了教育領(lǐng)域整體發(fā)展的源泉動力,因此對于教師的培訓(xùn)成為了目前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。近些年隨著學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)水平大幅度下降,使得體育教育事業(yè)面臨了嚴峻考驗,因此對于體育教師的培訓(xùn)成為了目前教育領(lǐng)域和社會關(guān)注的焦點。在這個過程中,承擔(dān)著體育教師行業(yè)發(fā)展的骨干教師,自然成為了行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),只有這些行業(yè)的引領(lǐng)者能夠較好的做到引領(lǐng)體育教學(xué)改革的要求,整個體育教育行業(yè)才能有所完善。因此本研究通過對江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)進行研究,重點分析其現(xiàn)狀,找出影響因素,提出想要的對策,為江西小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)能夠在未來更好的發(fā)揮作用,進而提升江西省小學(xué)體育教師的整體質(zhì)量做出貢獻。本研究以江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師為研究主題,通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和走訪調(diào)查法等方法,對江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查,通過對江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)課程分析和影響因素分析,提出了促進江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)發(fā)展的相應(yīng)對策。結(jié)果表明:1、江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師的性別、年齡的比例符合體育教師發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律;大部分江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師最高學(xué)歷都在本科以上,但有些教師進修最高學(xué)歷的過程中存在不系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)象;江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師在學(xué)校的工作量較大;江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師受制于體育學(xué)科目的特殊性因素,科研能力有待提高。2、江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師對江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師的培訓(xùn)政策有較好的認識,能夠較好的認識江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的重要性和其對未來發(fā)展的意義;參與江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的態(tài)度較端正,但參加培訓(xùn)時還受一些因素的制約。3、江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容較為合理,特色研修的設(shè)置得到了江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師的肯定和熱衷;教學(xué)與實踐培訓(xùn)的設(shè)置能夠較為全面的對江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師的工作內(nèi)容有所涉及:觀摩反思的設(shè)置,讓江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師能夠?qū)嵺`中得到思考和分析,受到較好的反響;課題研究的設(shè)置符合大多數(shù)江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師的需求,但課時量較少。4、江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的影響因素以學(xué)員因素、培訓(xùn)者因素和管理因素為主。學(xué)員受“工學(xué)矛盾”、“家庭負擔(dān)”等因素的制約;培訓(xùn)者存在小學(xué)體育骨干教師參加培訓(xùn)的獎勵考核情況、小學(xué)體育骨干教師參加培訓(xùn)的隱含因素問題;管理者方面,江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的輻射面有限和培訓(xùn)改革機制尚未建立是制約江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的主要因素。5、根據(jù)對于江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)的全面分析,提出了與體育系統(tǒng)的合作、增強與江西各大高校的聯(lián)合針對提高江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)專業(yè)化的對策;充分利用遠程培訓(xùn)模式、政策上支持模式創(chuàng)新、對參培者的調(diào)查創(chuàng)新,針對提高江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)模式的對策;涉及室內(nèi)體育課程培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、增加科研培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,針對提高江西省小學(xué)體育骨干教師培訓(xùn)完善培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's demand for progress in the field of education is constantly increasing. The development of a student after becoming a teacher has become a source of impetus for the overall development of the field of education. Therefore, the training of teachers has become the key to the development of education. In recent years, with the substantial decline of students'physical fitness level, sports have been made. Education is facing a severe test, so the training of physical education teachers has become the focus of current education and social attention. In this process, the backbone teachers undertaking the development of physical education teachers industry, has naturally become a key link in the development of the industry, only the leaders of these industries can better lead physical education teaching. Therefore, this study focuses on the analysis of the status quo of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province, find out the influencing factors, and put forward the desired countermeasures for the training of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province to play a better role in the future, and thus enhance the small and medium-sized Jiangxi Province. This research takes the primary school PE backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province as the research subject, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and visiting investigation, investigates the present situation of the primary school PE backbone teachers'training in Jiangxi Province, and through the training of primary school PE backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province. The results show that: 1. The sex and age ratio of the primary school PE backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province conform to the basic law of the development of PE teachers; most of the primary school PE backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province have the highest academic qualifications above the undergraduate level. However, there are still some unsystematic phenomena in the process of some teachers studying for the highest academic qualifications; the workload of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province is large; the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province are subject to the special factors of sports subject objectives, scientific research ability needs to be improved. 2, the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province to the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province. Teachers'training policy has a better understanding, can better understand the importance of primary school sports backbone teachers' training in Jiangxi Province and its significance for future development; participation in primary school sports backbone teachers'training in Jiangxi Province has a more correct attitude, but participation in training is also restricted by some factors. 3, primary school sports backbone teachers' training in Jiangxi Province Rong is more reasonable, the setting of characteristic study has been affirmed and enthusiastic by the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province; the setting of teaching and practical training can be more comprehensive to the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province, the content of the work involves: to observe the setting of reflection, so that the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province can be reflected in practice. Examination and analysis, received a better response; subject research settings meet the needs of most primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province, but less class hours. 4, primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province training factors to the trainees, trainers and management factors, trainees by "work-study contradictions" and "family burden" and other factors. Restrictions; the training of primary school sports backbone teachers to participate in training incentive assessment, primary school sports backbone teachers to participate in training implicit factors; managers, Jiangxi Province, primary school sports backbone teachers training radiation is limited and training reform mechanism has not yet been established is to restrict the training of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province 5. According to the comprehensive analysis of the training of the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province, the paper puts forward the cooperation with the sports system, strengthens the cooperation with the universities in Jiangxi Province, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training specialization of the primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province. Investigation and innovation, aiming at improving the innovative training mode of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province; involving indoor sports curriculum training content, increasing scientific research training content, aiming at improving the training content of primary school sports backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province.
