【摘要】：近年來,校園兒童被性侵事件屢見不鮮,教師這一神圣職業(yè)逐漸受到人們所詬病。學(xué)校本是兒童學(xué)習(xí)和成長的家園,但在現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境中卻成為兒童受侵害的主要場所之一,教師作為兒童學(xué)習(xí)和成長過程中的引路人,卻屢屢將邪惡之手伸向兒童,給兒童的身心發(fā)展帶來了極大的傷害。透過校園性侵事件的特征表現(xiàn),發(fā)掘隱藏在事件背后的深層根源,繼而提出相應(yīng)解決對(duì)策,才能更好地保護(hù)兒童合法權(quán)益,促進(jìn)兒童身心健康和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, sexual abuse of school children is common and the sacred profession of teaching has been criticized. School is the home for children to learn and grow up, but in the real environment it has become one of the main places for children to be violated. As the guide of children's learning and development, teachers often reach out evil hands to children. It does great harm to children's physical and mental development. Through the characteristics of the campus sexual abuse events, to explore the underlying root behind the incident, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of children, promote the harmonious development of children's physical and mental health.
