求原教育:點(diǎn)亮兒童的核心素養(yǎng)——求原教育文化的理性思考和實(shí)踐追求

【摘要】:求原教育,是回歸兒童本原的教育,是回歸知識(shí)本原的教育,是回歸以兒童發(fā)展為本的教育。常州市新北區(qū)三井實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)在打造求原教育文化的過程中,提出了"回歸教育本原,培養(yǎng)求原人格"的辦學(xué)理念,做求原教師,育求原學(xué)生,全面提升教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,在環(huán)境文化、管理文化、課程文化、德育文化、評價(jià)文化等方面進(jìn)行了不斷的實(shí)踐探索。
[Abstract]:Seeking the original education is the return of the education of children, the return of the education of knowledge, and the return of the education based on the development of children. In the course of creating the original education culture, Sanjing Experimental Primary School in Xinbei District of Changzhou puts forward the idea of "returning to the original educational origin and cultivating the original personality", which is to be the original teacher, to educate the original students, and to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way. In the aspects of environmental culture, management culture, curriculum culture, moral education culture, evaluation culture and so on, has carried on the unceasing practice exploration.
