南寧市新屋小學(xué)民族文化教育特色研究

【摘要】:民族教育肩負(fù)著雙重使命,在向?qū)W生傳授普適性的科學(xué)文化知識(shí),使學(xué)生具有科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的同時(shí),還要擔(dān)負(fù)起保存、延續(xù)和創(chuàng)新民族傳統(tǒng)文化,促使學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的提高,從而促進(jìn)不同民族文化之間的交流、交融,促進(jìn)民族的團(tuán)結(jié)。在“民族文化教育進(jìn)校園”的活動(dòng)下,在以多元文化主義為理論基礎(chǔ)的前提下,如何將民族文化納入到學(xué)校教育當(dāng)中,并使主流文化的教育與少數(shù)民族文化的教育達(dá)到平衡,并且學(xué)校在民族文化教育的過程中形成自己的特色,是本研究的關(guān)鍵問題所在。本研究以多元文化背景中的南寧市江南區(qū)新屋小學(xué)的民族文化教育為例,基于多元文化主義理論,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、問卷調(diào)查、訪談等多種方法,對(duì)南寧市民族文化教育存在的普遍問題、新屋小學(xué)為了規(guī)避這些問題在開展民族文化教育的過程中所采取的舉措、這些措施的成功之處和不足之處等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,力求闡釋清楚新屋小學(xué)民族文化教育是如何形成特色的,旨在給其他學(xué)校開展民族文化教育提供可資借鑒的實(shí)踐案例。全文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,緒論;谖覈(guó)少數(shù)民族文化傳承現(xiàn)狀堪憂和民族地區(qū)“民族文化進(jìn)校園”活動(dòng)背景之下,民族文化教育逐步趨同的現(xiàn)實(shí),從國(guó)內(nèi)外民族文化教育研究的現(xiàn)狀入手,闡明了本研究的目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)、介紹了研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。第二部分,民族文化教育的理論基礎(chǔ)。在指出民族文化教育的重要理論依據(jù)是“多元文化主義”之后,闡釋了多元文化主義和民族文化教育二者之間的關(guān)系。第三部分,南寧市新屋小學(xué)民族文化教育示范案例。首先對(duì)新屋小學(xué)做了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,之后指出了南寧市新屋小學(xué)發(fā)展民族文化教育的舉措,即“環(huán)境、教材、活動(dòng)”三者并重,實(shí)現(xiàn)民族文化教育的整體發(fā)展。在分析其特色舉措的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)新屋小學(xué)進(jìn)行民族文化教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及不足之處,以期為其他學(xué)校民族文化教育的發(fā)展提供一定的指導(dǎo)。第四部分,結(jié)語(yǔ)。闡述了本研究的結(jié)論和不足之處。
[Abstract]:Ethnic education shoulders the dual mission of imparting universal scientific and cultural knowledge to students, making students have scientific literacy, at the same time, they must shoulder the responsibility of preserving, continuing and innovating national traditional culture, and promoting the improvement of students' humanistic literacy. So as to promote the exchange between different cultures, blend, promote national unity. Under the activity of "National Culture Education into Campus" and on the basis of multiculturalism, how to bring national culture into school education and balance the education of mainstream culture with that of minority culture, And schools form their own characteristics in the process of ethnic culture education, which is the key problem of this study. This study takes the ethnic culture education of Xinwu Primary School in Jiangnan District, Nanning City, as an example, based on the theory of multiculturalism, and synthetically applies literature analysis, questionnaires, interviews and other methods. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the common problems existing in Nanning's ethnic culture education, the measures taken by Xinwu Elementary School in order to avoid these problems in the process of developing national cultural education, and the success and inadequacies of these measures. This paper tries to explain how the national culture education in Xinwu primary school forms its characteristics, and aims at providing practical cases for other schools to carry out ethnic culture education. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. Based on the current situation of minority culture inheritance in our country and the background of the activities of "national culture into the campus", the national culture education gradually converges, starting with the present situation of the research on national culture education at home and abroad. The purpose and significance of this study, the present research situation and development status at home and abroad are expounded, the research contents and methods are introduced, and the related concepts are defined. The second part, the theory foundation of national culture education. After pointing out that the important theoretical basis of national cultural education is "multiculturalism", this paper expounds the relationship between multiculturalism and national cultural education. The third part, Nanning Xinwu primary school national culture education demonstration case. This paper first introduces Xinwu Primary School, and then points out the measures to develop national culture education in Xinwu Primary School of Nanning, that is, "environment, teaching material and activity" to realize the overall development of national culture education. On the basis of analyzing its characteristic measures, this paper summarizes the successful experiences and shortcomings of national culture education in Xinwu Primary School, in order to provide some guidance for the development of ethnic culture education in other schools. The fourth part, conclusion. The conclusions and shortcomings of this study are expounded.
