【摘要】：板球作為英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家傳統(tǒng)的古老運(yùn)動(dòng),已有四百多年的歷史；但在我國(guó),板球運(yùn)動(dòng)還處于起步階段。中國(guó)于2004年加入國(guó)際板球理事會(huì)(ICC)與亞洲板球理事會(huì)(ACC),并于同年成立中國(guó)板球協(xié)會(huì)(CCA)。隨著2010年廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)板球成為正式比賽項(xiàng)目,國(guó)內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的大眾和媒體開(kāi)始關(guān)注了解板球運(yùn)動(dòng)。自2005年中國(guó)第一期板球教練培訓(xùn)班以來(lái),首都北京率先在各大、中、小學(xué)開(kāi)展板球運(yùn)動(dòng),板球項(xiàng)目相繼在清華大學(xué)附屬小學(xué)、北京愛(ài)迪外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校、北京二里溝小學(xué)、北京王府外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校、北京小學(xué)、北京西單小學(xué)、北京鐵路十一小學(xué)開(kāi)展起來(lái),并各自組建成立了校板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)。小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)北京市小-中-大學(xué)一體化板球后備人才培養(yǎng)體系的重要基礎(chǔ)階段。北京市小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀,其在發(fā)展中所存在的問(wèn)題,是本文研究的主要目的。 本文以北京市七所小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、比較分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法深入了解北京市小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,得出以下結(jié)論： 1、現(xiàn)有七支小學(xué)板球隊(duì)已有三支處于停訓(xùn)或解散狀態(tài),這與教練員專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)水平、訓(xùn)練設(shè)備、場(chǎng)地、賽事少、隊(duì)員升學(xué)走向、經(jīng)費(fèi)等有著重要關(guān)系。 2、北京市小學(xué)板球教練缺乏后期板球?qū)I(yè)培訓(xùn)；教練的訓(xùn)練補(bǔ)貼薪水影響著其訓(xùn)練熱情和積極性；教練在板球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)能力認(rèn)識(shí)上有各自不同的側(cè)重點(diǎn),各自球隊(duì)賽場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)術(shù)風(fēng)格迥異。 3、北京的地理位置和國(guó)家體育總局小球中心的關(guān)心對(duì)小學(xué)板球項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,特別在參賽的機(jī)會(huì),觀摩的機(jī)會(huì)等方面都為北京市小學(xué)板球項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 4、北京市小學(xué)生在參與板球隊(duì)方面有很好的積極性和興趣。板球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練,使學(xué)生的身心健康得到較好的改善和提高。板球運(yùn)動(dòng)所具有的趣味性、合作和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的體驗(yàn)、持續(xù)的挑戰(zhàn)、團(tuán)隊(duì)觀念,使它將吸引更多的小學(xué)生參與其中。 5、北京市小學(xué)板球隊(duì)的學(xué)校有兩種性質(zhì)即公立學(xué)校和私立學(xué)校,其中公立學(xué)校五所,私立學(xué)校兩所；兩類(lèi)學(xué)校性質(zhì)不同,因此在學(xué)校經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源、隊(duì)員家庭背景等諸多方面均有差異,對(duì)兩類(lèi)性質(zhì)學(xué)校板球隊(duì)進(jìn)行解析并優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),將對(duì)北京市小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展具有很好的促進(jìn)作用。 6、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度、政策制度、經(jīng)費(fèi)、場(chǎng)地器材、賽事設(shè)置,是影響小學(xué)板球項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展的重要因素,同時(shí)也是現(xiàn)階段制約北京市小學(xué)板球隊(duì)伍生存發(fā)展的瓶頸。 本論文提出以下幾方面對(duì)策： 1、提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度,建立完善的小學(xué)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)管理體系。 2、加大學(xué)校對(duì)板球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入。 3、提高板球教練專(zhuān)業(yè)化技能,完善教練員的激勵(lì)機(jī)制。 4、完善板球競(jìng)賽體系,擴(kuò)充參賽隊(duì)伍。 5、科學(xué)訓(xùn)練,防范運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:As an ancient sport in Commonwealth country , cricket has been a history of more than four hundred years ;
However , in our country , cricket is still in its infancy . In 2004 , China joined the International Council of cricket ( ICC ) and the Asian cricket council ( ACC ) and established the China cricket association ( CCA ) in the same year .

Based on the research object of the seven primary school cricket teams in Beijing , this paper makes a thorough understanding of the present situation and problems in the development of the Beijing primary cricket team by means of documentary , interview , questionnaire , comparative analysis and mathematical statistics , and concludes the following conclusions :

1 . The existing seven primary school board teams have been in the state of being stopped or dissolved , which is related to the level of professional quality of coaches , the training equipment , the venue , the number of events , the direction and the funds of the players , etc .

2 . The coach of Beijing primary school cricket lacks the specialized training of late - stage cricket ;
The coach ' s training allowance salary affects his training enthusiasm and enthusiasm ;
The coach has different emphasis on the special ability of cricket , and the tactics style of each team is very different .

3 . The geographical position of Beijing and the interest of the ball center of the State Administration of Sports have laid a solid foundation for the development of the primary school cricket project in Beijing , especially in the fields of opportunity and opportunity of entry .

4 . Beijing small students have very good enthusiasm and interest in participating in the cricket team . The sports training of the cricket has improved the physical and mental health of the students . The game has the interest , cooperation and competition experience , the persistent challenge and the team concept , which will attract more young students to participate .

5 . The primary school board team in Beijing has two kinds of public schools and private schools , including five public schools and two private schools ;
The two types of school are different in nature , so there are differences in the source of funds and family background of the players . The analysis of the two types of school board teams and complement each other will play a good role in the development of the Beijing ' s primary school cricket .

6 . The importance of the school leadership , the policy system , the funds , the venue equipment and the setting of the event are the important factors that affect the development of the primary school cricket . At the same time , it is the bottleneck that restricts the survival and development of the primary school cricket team in Beijing .

The paper puts forward the following countermeasures :

1 . To improve the level of leadership and establish a perfect management system of primary school cricket .

2 . Increase the school ' s investment in the cricket team .

3 . Improve the professional skills of cricket coaches and improve the motivation mechanism of coaches .

4 . Improve the cricket competition system and expand the team .

5 . Scientific training to prevent the occurrence of sports injury .
