【摘要】：國內(nèi)學(xué)生體質(zhì)狀況不容樂觀,當(dāng)前形勢已引起全社會(huì)的關(guān)注,各階層青年的發(fā)展是一個(gè)國家和民族的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。社會(huì)各界強(qiáng)烈呼吁加強(qiáng)青年體育鍛煉。為此,黨中央國務(wù)院2007年制定了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)青少年體育,增強(qiáng)青年體育體質(zhì)的研究意見》。為了徹底貫徹國務(wù)院的精神,在全國各地區(qū)掀起了一個(gè)不同程度的發(fā)展,數(shù)以百萬計(jì)的學(xué)生熱愛體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的高潮。目前開展陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng),不僅提高青少年的體質(zhì),而且從側(cè)面來改善學(xué)校體育設(shè)施更新、體育教學(xué)模式創(chuàng)新、體育教學(xué)改革的評價(jià)模式等。陽光體育的終極目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)生養(yǎng)成終身體育意識,促進(jìn)中小學(xué)生身心健康的健康發(fā)展。每一所學(xué)校在陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程中,目的是創(chuàng)建一個(gè)校園體育文化,從而引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在和諧、健康、進(jìn)步的氛圍中進(jìn)行體育鍛煉和體育活動(dòng)的自發(fā)參與。發(fā)展陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的目的不僅是為了促進(jìn)青少年的身體健康,而且也能從側(cè)面增強(qiáng)學(xué)校的身體素質(zhì)。教育設(shè)施的更新,體育教學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新,體育教學(xué)評價(jià)模式的改革等。陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)最終目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)生養(yǎng)成終身體育意識,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康的身心健康展覽。每一所學(xué)校在陽光體育的過程中,旨在營造一個(gè)校園體育文化氛圍,這樣就導(dǎo)致了學(xué)生在和諧、健康、進(jìn)步的氛圍中進(jìn)行體育鍛煉和課外活動(dòng)。目前我國的體育基礎(chǔ)呈逐步上升事態(tài),人口持續(xù)性增長,體育作為歐美大國非常受歡迎的項(xiàng)目籃球,中國籃球在三大中鋒后,后繼無人,如何推進(jìn)籃球體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的教學(xué)水平,提高籃球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng),是現(xiàn)在中小學(xué)體育籃球教師比較關(guān)心的問題,同時(shí)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展和體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展密不可分,籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在國際上的大方異彩,不僅僅將提高中國在國際舞臺上的外交關(guān)系,體育外交歷來是國際認(rèn)可的外交方式,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的興衰將影響國家在國際上的地位影響力。隨著國家對青少年體育的重視,特別對學(xué)校體育的重視程度越來越高,使得籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)能有著更好的發(fā)展。因此本文對北京市海淀區(qū)部分小學(xué)籃球教學(xué)管理情況、教學(xué)環(huán)境、場地和教練員的情況等調(diào)查,了解北京市海淀區(qū)小學(xué)籃球訓(xùn)練的基本情形,并對北京市海淀區(qū)部分小學(xué)籃球開展的訓(xùn)練水平進(jìn)行研究,試著去發(fā)現(xiàn)北京市海淀區(qū)部分小學(xué)籃球訓(xùn)練條件、場地器材、教練水平等等,并總結(jié)其中規(guī)律,對其進(jìn)行分析,為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)基層學(xué)校的少年兒童籃球情況的掌握,也為籃球隊(duì)伍的后備人才儲(chǔ)備提供一定的參考意義。因此本文主要對北京市海淀區(qū)部分小學(xué)籃球基礎(chǔ)教育進(jìn)行了分析,并給出了相應(yīng)的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The physical condition of domestic students is not optimistic, the current situation has aroused the attention of the whole society, the development of youth in all strata is the sustainable development of a country and a nation. All walks of life strongly call for strengthening physical exercise for young people. Therefore, in 2007, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee formulated the opinions on strengthening Youth physical Education and strengthening Youth physical Fitness. In order to carry out the spirit of the State Council thoroughly, it has set off a development of varying degrees in all regions of the country, and millions of students love sports at their climax. At present, the development of sunshine sports not only improves the physique of teenagers, but also improves the renewal of school sports facilities, the innovation of physical education teaching mode, the evaluation mode of physical education reform and so on. The ultimate goal of sunshine sports is to cultivate students' lifelong consciousness of physical education and to promote the healthy development of their physical and mental health. The aim of every school in the process of sunshine sports is to create a campus sports culture so as to guide students to take part in physical exercises and physical activities spontaneously in a harmonious, healthy and progressive atmosphere. The purpose of developing sunshine sports is not only to promote the health of teenagers, but also to enhance the physical fitness of schools. The renewal of educational facilities, the innovation of PE teaching mode and the reform of PE teaching evaluation model. The ultimate goal of sunshine sports is to cultivate students' lifelong consciousness of physical education so as to promote the physical and mental health of students. Every school in the process of sunshine sports aims to create a campus sports culture atmosphere, so that students in harmony, health, progress in the atmosphere of physical exercise and extracurricular activities. At present, the sports foundation of our country is rising step by step, and the population continues to grow. As a very popular item of basketball in Europe and America, Chinese basketball has no one to follow after the three major centers. How to promote the teaching level of basketball sports? It is a matter of concern to basketball teachers in primary and secondary schools to improve this sport. At the same time, the development of basketball is inextricably linked to the development of sports. Not only will China's diplomatic relations on the international stage be enhanced, sports diplomacy has always been an internationally recognized diplomatic way, and the rise and fall of sports will affect the status of the country in the international arena. With the country paying more and more attention to youth sports, especially to school sports, basketball can have a better development. Therefore, this paper investigates the situation of basketball teaching management, teaching environment, venue and coaches in some primary schools in Haidian District, Beijing, and understands the basic situation of basketball training in primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing. And the training level of basketball in some primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing is studied. It tries to find out the training conditions, equipment, coaches and so on in some primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing, and sums up the rules among them, and analyzes the training level of basketball in some primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing. In order to further strengthen the grasp of children's basketball situation in grass-roots schools, and also provide a certain reference for the reserve of basketball team. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes some elementary school basketball basic education in Haidian District of Beijing, and gives corresponding opinions and suggestions.
