【摘要】：上海市黃浦區(qū)盧灣一中心小學(xué)積極推進(jìn)以人為本的"云管理",在課程建設(shè)、提高課堂效率、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及關(guān)注學(xué)生需求方面,取得了突出的成績(jī):有效整合資源,推出基礎(chǔ)型課程、拓展型課程和探究型課程,激勵(lì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)、開拓創(chuàng)新;為學(xué)生提供適合、高效的服務(wù),分析"云課堂"數(shù)據(jù)背后隱含的問題,提高課堂效率;鍛造兩支隊(duì)伍:跨界的教師團(tuán)隊(duì)和跨界的校外志愿者隊(duì)伍;通過"云隨行",記錄下學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)與生活的全過程,為他們留下完整的成長(zhǎng)軌跡。
[Abstract]:The Luwan Center Primary School in Huangpu District of Shanghai has actively promoted the "cloud management" which is people-oriented. It has made outstanding achievements in curriculum construction, improving classroom efficiency, team building and paying attention to the needs of students: effective integration of resources, Introducing basic courses, expanding courses and exploring courses, encouraging students to study independently, opening up and innovating, providing suitable and efficient service for students, analyzing the hidden problems behind the data of "cloud classroom", and improving classroom efficiency; Forging two teams: cross-border teacher team and cross-border volunteer team; through "cloud travel", record the whole process of students' study and life in school, leave them a complete growth track.
