【摘要】：隨著我國基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷推進,教師教育改革的不斷發(fā)展,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展成為人們關(guān)注的熱點問題。教師實踐性知識作為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要知識基礎(chǔ),也引起了國內(nèi)學(xué)者的研究熱情。新手教師階段作為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和職業(yè)生涯的關(guān)鍵期,他們是如何獲得教學(xué)感,逐漸適應(yīng)教育教學(xué)工作的?這引起了筆者的研究興趣。教師實踐性知識支撐著教師日常的教育教學(xué)行為。那么,小學(xué)新手教師擁有怎樣的實踐性知識,他們是如何獲得這些知識的呢?筆者選取一名小學(xué)新手S教師為研究對象,采取敘事研究的方法對其展開個案研究,通過走近S教師真實的教育教學(xué)生活世界,采用課堂觀察和深度訪談的方式搜集資料,了解和剖析其擁有和使用著的實踐性知識。本文由五章構(gòu)成:第一章為緒論。主要對研究緣由、研究目的和意義以及文獻綜述進行了介紹。第二章為研究設(shè)計。主要包括研究對象、核心概念的界定、研究方法、研究程序以及資料的整理。第三章為S教師實踐性知識的構(gòu)成。主要是從靜態(tài)的角度,通過敘事故事地呈現(xiàn),對S教師實際擁有和使用的實踐性知識進行分析。第四章為S教師實踐性知識的發(fā)展。主要是從動態(tài)的角度,對S教師實踐性知識發(fā)展的過程、發(fā)展的路徑及影響因素進行了深入分析。第五章為結(jié)論。通過對S教師實踐性知識的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)兩方面的分析,得出S教師擁有的實踐性知識并不豐富,其生成和發(fā)展受諸多因素的影響。結(jié)合研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對豐富和發(fā)展新手教師的實踐性知識提出了針對性建議,即教師個人生活史分析、加強對實踐的反思、改善教師教育、構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)共同體這四個方面。最后對研究局限進行了反思,及對后續(xù)研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of basic education reform and teacher education reform, teachers' professional development has become a hot issue. As the main knowledge base of teachers' professional development, teachers' practical knowledge has aroused the enthusiasm of domestic scholars. As the key period of teachers' professional development and career, how do novice teachers get the sense of teaching and adapt to the teaching work gradually? This has aroused the author's research interest. Teachers' practical knowledge supports teachers' daily teaching behavior. So what kind of practical knowledge does the novice teacher have and how do they get the knowledge? The author chooses a novice S teacher in primary school as the object of study, and carries out a case study on it by narrative research. By approaching the real education and teaching life world of S teachers, the author adopts classroom observation and in-depth interviews to collect information. Understand and analyze the practical knowledge it possesses and uses. This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. This paper mainly introduces the reason, purpose and significance of the research and literature review. The second chapter is the research design. Mainly includes the research object, the core concept definition, the research method, the research procedure and the data arrangement. The third chapter is the composition of S teacher's practical knowledge. Mainly from the static point of view, through narrative story presentation, the practical knowledge that S teachers actually own and use is analyzed. The fourth chapter is the development of S teacher's practical knowledge. Mainly from the dynamic point of view, the development process, development path and influencing factors of S teachers' practical knowledge are deeply analyzed. Chapter five is the conclusion. Through the static and dynamic analysis of the practical knowledge of S teachers, it is concluded that the practical knowledge possessed by S teachers is not abundant, and its formation and development are influenced by many factors. Combined with the research, the author puts forward some suggestions to enrich and develop the practical knowledge of novice teachers, that is, the analysis of teachers' personal life history, the strengthening of reflection on practice, the improvement of teacher education, and the construction of learning community. Finally, the limitations of the study were reviewed, and the prospects for further research were put forward.
