【摘要】：正教育家葉圣陶老先生曾指出:"教育是什么?往單方面講,教育就是養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣。"小學(xué)階段是學(xué)生習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的重要時期,要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好習(xí)慣,為其終生發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。文登經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)以"陽光教育"理念為引導(dǎo),確立了"以評價促學(xué)生發(fā)展"的思路,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施了"陽光少年"評價體系,旨在促進(jìn)全校學(xué)生的均衡、全面、快樂發(fā)展。一、評價體系的特色1.獨(dú)特的生源特征
