【摘要】：正2014年下半年,我參加了為期兩周的赴臺(tái)培訓(xùn),帶我的"師傅"是臺(tái)灣昌平國(guó)小校長(zhǎng)張信務(wù)。一走進(jìn)他的學(xué)校,我立刻感受到無(wú)處不在的濃濃的教育氣息,我被張信務(wù)校長(zhǎng)的人格魅力和他的魅力學(xué)校深深吸引著……魅力校長(zhǎng)張信務(wù)校長(zhǎng),人如其名,誠(chéng)信、務(wù)實(shí)。他用自己的睿智與熱情,以及時(shí)時(shí)散發(fā)出的"永續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)"之理念,將學(xué)校打造成了夢(mèng)想城堡。他是一位有思想、有創(chuàng)見(jiàn)的校長(zhǎng),他的教育智慧影響著團(tuán)隊(duì)中的每一個(gè)成員。
[Abstract]:In the second half of 2014, I attended a two-week training trip to Taiwan, with my "master" Zhang Xinwu, the principal of Changping Primary School in Taiwan. As soon as I walked into his school, I immediately felt the strong atmosphere of education everywhere. I was deeply attracted by the charisma of principal Zhang Xinwu and his charm school. Charisma principal Zhang Xin Wu principal, people such as his name, integrity, pragmatic. He built the school into a dream castle with his wisdom and passion and the idea of sustainable management. He is a thoughtful, creative principal, his educational intelligence affects every member of the team.
