新疆烏魯木齊市小學(xué)大課間體育活動的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著陽光體育運(yùn)動的開展,在使學(xué)生達(dá)到每天一個(gè)小時(shí)的鍛煉時(shí)間的新目標(biāo)下,教育工作者對傳統(tǒng)課間操進(jìn)行開發(fā)擴(kuò)充,同時(shí)和“體育、藝術(shù)2+1項(xiàng)目”相結(jié)合,不但形成自己的特色,而且有利于達(dá)到讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生在九年義務(wù)教育階段能夠掌握兩項(xiàng)體育運(yùn)動技能和一項(xiàng)藝術(shù)特長的目的。傳統(tǒng)課間操經(jīng)過開發(fā)擴(kuò)充形成大課間體育活動的新型活動形式,我國的學(xué)校體育工作進(jìn)入新的階段。大課間體育活動在學(xué)校體育中的地位越來越重要,是實(shí)現(xiàn)全面素質(zhì)教育的重要手段和措施。但是如何科學(xué)的開展大課間體育活動,如何使大課間體育活動發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的成效?成為眾多學(xué)者研究的重點(diǎn)。對烏魯木齊市大課間體育活動開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出一些意見和建議,為烏魯木齊市科學(xué)的開展大課間體育活動提供參考依據(jù)。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地觀察法、個(gè)案分析法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對新疆烏魯木齊市16所小學(xué)的體育組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、學(xué)校教師及學(xué)生共計(jì)1680人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,對學(xué)校大課間體育活動開展的基本狀況等進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。研究結(jié)果表明:1.80%以上的學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視本校大課間體育活動的開展,能夠落實(shí)黨的教育方針和政策,積極開展大課間體育活動的實(shí)踐工作,多數(shù)學(xué)校能夠以“體育、藝術(shù)2+1”項(xiàng)目為依托,達(dá)到國家2011年4號文件規(guī)定的基本要求,保證大課間體育活動順利進(jìn)行,以此推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展。學(xué)校大課間體育活動的特色項(xiàng)目開發(fā)成績卓越,學(xué)校體育項(xiàng)目的選擇基本能夠滿足學(xué)生需求,但是,組織管理以及其他方面的特色體現(xiàn)不是很突出,大部分學(xué)校沒有形成系統(tǒng)的管理體系。2.82.6%的學(xué)生“喜歡”或者“非常喜歡”大課間體育活動,75.1%的學(xué)生充分利用了大課間體育活動的運(yùn)動時(shí)間,大部分的學(xué)生喜歡并且能夠積極遇到大課間體育活動中來。參加大課間體育活動的動機(jī)從學(xué)校制度的制約向自身需求轉(zhuǎn)變。性別影響體育項(xiàng)目的興趣選擇,男生最喜歡的項(xiàng)目多具有競爭性、對抗性等特點(diǎn),女生最喜歡的項(xiàng)目相對來說競爭性、對抗性都比較小。3.學(xué)校在大課間體育活動的教育和宣傳工作上有欠缺,部分老師和學(xué)生對大課間體育活動沒有全面清楚的了解,場地器材短缺、集體活動偏多、組織管理不完善成為開展大課間體育活動中面臨的主要問題。4.大課間體育活動開展至今,仍然處于摸索開發(fā)階段,大課間體育活動的理論及實(shí)踐建設(shè)仍然是大課間體育活動的一個(gè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果中存在的問題,提出了:多種方法解決場地器材不足問題;組織管理規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化;大力開發(fā)特色項(xiàng)目;重視理論建設(shè)的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of the sunshine sports, in order to make the students reach the new goal of one hour of daily exercise, the educators develop and expand the traditional exercises, and combine with "sports and art 2+1", which not only forms its own characteristics, but also helps to make every student in the nine year compulsory education stage. With the purpose of mastering two sports skills and an artistic skill, the traditional inter class exercises have been developed and expanded to form a new form of sports activities in the great class. The school sports work in our country has entered a new stage. The status of the sports activities in the large class is becoming more and more important in the school sports, and it is an important means to realize the overall quality education. But how to carry out the big class sports activities scientifically and how to make the sports activities in the big class play a due effect? It has become the focus of the research of many scholars. This paper investigates the present situation of the sports activities in Urumqi, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions in combination with the results of the investigation, which will open the science of Urumqi. By means of literature, questionnaire, field observation, case analysis, and data statistics, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the leadership of the sports groups in 16 primary schools in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and a total of 1680 school teachers and students. The results show that more than 1.80% of the school leaders attach importance to the development of sports activities in the major classes in the school, carry out the party's educational policies and policies, and actively carry out the practice of sports activities in the great classes. Most schools can rely on the "sports, art 2+1" project to meet the basic requirements stipulated in Document No. 4 of the country in 2011. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the large class sports activities, we can promote the development of quality education. The development of the characteristics of the sports activities in the school great classes is excellent. The selection of the school sports projects can basically meet the needs of the students. However, the characteristics of the organization and other aspects are not very prominent, and most of the schools have not formed a system. The motivation of participating in the big class sports activities is from the restriction of the school system to themselves. Change in demand. The theory and practice of large class sports activities are still a thin course of physical activity in the big class. In the light of the problems in the research results, it is proposed that many methods are used to solve the problem of insufficient site equipment; the organization and management are standardized and systematized, and the characteristics of the project are vigorously developed, and the strategy of the construction of the theory is emphasized.
