小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)客教育是近年來隨著“創(chuàng)客”理念深入中國(guó)社會(huì)后,與社會(huì)教育事業(yè)相融合的產(chǎn)物,也是創(chuàng)客運(yùn)動(dòng)在教育領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步具體化。當(dāng)前,在國(guó)內(nèi)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略背景之下,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)教育無法有效培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力與創(chuàng)造能力的困境,小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它在鼓勵(lì)小學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考、合作探究的基礎(chǔ)上,倡導(dǎo)以學(xué)生興趣為核心的項(xiàng)目化、數(shù)字化、團(tuán)隊(duì)化學(xué)習(xí)模式,最終達(dá)到小學(xué)生問題解決與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力的全面提升。近些年來,我國(guó)一些發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的中小學(xué)校在經(jīng)歷了各種創(chuàng)客教育實(shí)踐的廣泛探索之后,也發(fā)現(xiàn)了諸如教師資源有限、內(nèi)涵理解不足、教育體系不完善、教育理念普及有限等各種現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。當(dāng)然,出現(xiàn)這些問題的關(guān)鍵原因還是國(guó)內(nèi)中小學(xué)僅僅是盲目照搬一些高校,甚至是社會(huì)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),而普遍缺乏針對(duì)自身特點(diǎn)的創(chuàng)客教育中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展策略設(shè)計(jì)。鑒于此,本研究從國(guó)內(nèi)小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育的整體發(fā)展策略設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),通過分析當(dāng)前小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育存在的主要問題,展開原因分析,并提出有針對(duì)性的發(fā)展策略建議。具體而言,本研究重點(diǎn)提出了四項(xiàng)小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育發(fā)展策略:(1)建立豐富的創(chuàng)客教師培訓(xùn)資源體系,挖掘?qū)W校傳統(tǒng)教師資源,建立健全專任創(chuàng)客教師評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,以解決創(chuàng)客教育師資不足的問題。(2)樹立“在創(chuàng)造中學(xué)習(xí)”、“注重創(chuàng)新意識(shí)培養(yǎng)”和“創(chuàng)客教育為先,創(chuàng)客為輔”等創(chuàng)客教育觀,以糾正創(chuàng)客教育實(shí)踐中存在的盲目跟風(fēng)、缺乏特色等理念問題。(3)建立完善的創(chuàng)客教育課程體系,進(jìn)而明確其與傳統(tǒng)課程的有效融合,以提高學(xué)校自身的創(chuàng)客教育水平。(4)充實(shí)校園創(chuàng)客文化氛圍,依托校園創(chuàng)客平臺(tái)和教師的創(chuàng)意方案,以提高小學(xué)生的創(chuàng)客活動(dòng)參與度?傊,當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)的小學(xué)創(chuàng)客教育是在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略背景之下興起的基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展新方向。它不僅有利于兒童在探究和解決問題的過程中形成獨(dú)立思考與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的能力,而且也可以為新時(shí)期兒童素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展提供必要的思路借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the concept of "creating guest" has penetrated into the Chinese society, it is the product of the integration of social education and education, and it is also the further concretization of the creation and guest movement in the field of education. At present, under the national strategic background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", aiming at the dilemma that traditional education can not effectively train pupils' practical ability and creative ability, the creation education of primary school emerges as the times require. On the basis of encouraging pupils to think independently and cooperate to explore, it advocates project-based, digital and team learning mode with students' interest as the core, and finally achieves the overall improvement of pupils' problem-solving and team cooperation ability. In recent years, primary and secondary schools in some developed areas of our country have experienced extensive exploration of various educational practices of creators, but also found such as limited teacher resources, inadequate understanding of connotation, imperfect educational system. Limited popularity of educational ideas and other practical problems. Of course, the key reason for these problems is that domestic primary and secondary schools only blindly copy the successful experience of some colleges and universities, or even social education institutions, and generally lack of long-term development strategy design of creative education according to their own characteristics. In view of this, this research proceeds from the overall development strategy design of the domestic primary school creators education, through the analysis of the main problems existing in the current primary school guest education, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the targeted development strategy suggestions. In particular, this study puts forward four development strategies of primary school creative education: (1) to establish a rich system of teacher training resources, to excavate traditional school teachers' resources, and to establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of full-time creators. To solve the problem of shortage of teachers in creative-guest education, we should set up such educational concepts as "learning in creation", "paying attention to the cultivation of creative consciousness" and "creating guest education first, creating guest as auxiliary" in order to correct the blindly following the trend in the practice of creative-oriented education. Lack of characteristics and other concept problems. 3) establish a perfect curriculum system of creative-guest education, and then make clear its effective integration with the traditional curriculum, in order to improve the level of creative-guest education in schools. 4) enrich the cultural atmosphere of creating visitors on campus. Relying on the campus guest-creating platform and the creative plan of teachers, to improve the participation of primary school students. In a word, the current primary education is a new direction for the development of basic education under the background of the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". It is not only helpful for children to form the ability of independent thinking and teamwork in the process of exploring and solving problems, but also can provide necessary ideas for the development of children's quality education in the new period.
